    Very happy that we had this coverage when buying our house! When we needed to replace a faulty water heater, our claim was quickly processed, and we had a new heater installed soon after. We will definitely be renewing our coverage!

    UHP was very helpful when we had a plumbing issue over the holidays. They referred me to a plumber in our area, who was also extremely helpful and came out the next day. It was easy to pay my deductible directly to the plumber, and he billed UHP for the balance.

    Great company to work with. I originally got my home warranty with the purchase of a new house. 10 years later, and I’m still renewing my contract with them every year. The cost of the yearly service is fair, and they cover what they say they will cover. In 10 years, and with multiple repairs, I’ve never had an issue dealing with them. A lot of people say these home warranties aren’t worth the money, and everybody I know that has a home warranty with one of the big nationwide companies say they’re horrible to work with. With.UHP I have not had that issue or experience. I will continue to renew my contract with them until I move out of my home.
