    A gear in our garage door opener stripped on a Saturday morning and I could not get the emergency door release to work. Thus we were not able to get our car out of the garage. I immediately placed an emergency request to UHP and it was rejected as not being an emergency. However, they did arrange for a vendor to come on Monday and we got the car out in time to go to an afternoon appointment. Although one can argue about whether this was an emergency I can understand why they didn't want to send a vendor out on the weekend, The vendor said that sending someone out on the weekend would have cost several hundred dollars more.This claim was one of several claims that I have submitted and they were always attended to promptly and to my satisfaction.
