    Universal Home Protection is a great investment. We bout our home in December 2022. We have used our coverage twice. Both times they sent out an outstanding contractor to fix our problem. Filing a claim is simple and the work is done fast and complete to our satisfaction. I will definitely renew !

    Since buying our house 4 years ago we have made 5 claims, 2 for the water heater, 1 for the garbage disposal, 1 for the stove, and the most recent claim for the washing machine. This claim saved us $300. I recommend UHP to everyone that I know that owns a home. They have always responded quickly, even when a part on our water heater broke and was spraying scolding hot water everywhere after hours I was able to get someone on the phone within minutes. As long as I own my home I will continue to purchase a warranty protection plan through UHP.
