    We have been using UHP for going on 6 years now, and we have had nothing but positive things to say about them! Always helpful & pleasant to speak with! They have never given us any grief, and are quick to get us help for any issues we may have. We couldn't be happier that we had UHP, as in these 6 years, we have had the furnace go bad, hot water heater, water softener issues, and just recently we had our 5 year old fridge stop cooling the day we left the Country. UHP worked with my parents who were watching the home, & by the time we arrived back, the repair was waiting for us to get done immediately. This was the first home we decided to purchase a yearly home warranty every year, and we will continue to keep doing so from here on out! Thank you UHP!!!

    As a homeowner, I highly recommend UHP. Ive had them for 5 years **** ******** my contract annually. As a Realtor, I also highly recommend them. They use professional contractors, dont hassle you on the repairs or replacements needed & you can file a claim online - its super easy! They are very professional & quick to respond. Same with the contractors they hire. Ive heard from other clients & have personally used other warranty **************** of them come close to the top tier service UHP Home Warranty offers.

    I've had 2 occasions to use the benefits of my protection plan since I purchased my home in 2022. I've used phone conversations as well as email regarding the claims and in both cases I received very prompt responses and needed services were very promptly, efficiently, and very satisfactorily handled.
