    I was uncertain if I should purchase a warranty as I was moving into a newer house. It was an added cost and I thought was it really necessary? I never thought I would have use for them, but I purchased the plan “just in case”. I am thankful I did. UHP has made the process easier then I imagined. As luck would have it, I have had a few issues. UHP has been available when I needed them. I don’t receive an attitude when I call with questions. No judgment passed by the person answering my call. No twenty thousand questions making me feel stupid! Their online form is easy to complete and captures the necessary information. When possible, the service technician sent out for repairs is from the same company who installed the unit. Typically, I have had service within 4-12 hours from the breakdown. However, contact regarding the issue has been made within 1-3 hours except for the weekend. I have been very satisfied with their commitment to helping the customer! I am very grateful I paid for this warranty as it has paid for itself. You never know when something is going to need service!

    Always a great experience I have had them for 6yrs now with 2 different houses and I recommend them to everyone I know. I have saved so much money on repairs and replacement of things breaking unexpectedly. Definitely pays for itself. They are so quick to get someone to you. I have had same day calls even. Amazing service with ease of putting in a claim online. 10/10 recommend
