    I have had two claims after purchasing our home in June. Both claims were handled with no issues, and each time I called, the customer service was GREAT! I would never buy a home without this companys warranty again!


    Another great experience with my warranty with an issue for my dishwasher! Filling a claim is easy, and service is fast. The repair company used is super friendly and reliable as well. I will absolutely be renewing my home warranty!

    Not only am I a customer of theirs I am also one of their service vendors for appliances. I bought a home in June and when the weather started getting cold and I needed my furnace it was making a horrendous noise and turned out to me a faulty exhaust blower motor. The repair out of pocket would have run me well over $1000 but thanks to my UHP warranty it only cost me my deductible! As far as being one of their vendors goes, they are the ONLY home warranty company I will do business with directly as they are very easy to deal with and get reimbursed. I highly recommend UHP to anyone who wants added protection for their home!

    UHP is always very helpful and timely in their responses. The most recent issue I had was with my furnace and within 24 hours of filing the claim the contractor was at my house fixing it. Very appreciated especially with the weather turning colder.
