    Universal Home Protection was there when I needed them without question. Our hot water heater went bad in the middle of the night, but Universal had the plumbers at the house with a new hot water heater the next morning. What a life saver they were financially! Sure, we had a mess, but it would have been worse if we would have had to take care of this unexpected catastrophe on our own. Thank You Universal for taking care of this home expense and connect us with a reputable plumber.
