      I hired MadCity to replace my ancient bathtub with a new, low threshold shower. MadCity (Rob and Bob) broke up the old enameled cast iron tube, stripped out all the walls and floor where the tub was. They replaced some antiquated plumbing in the basement, which lets the drain work a lot more quickly. They installed all new supply piping, and covered the walls with really good plywood before covering them with the walls of the new shower. They cleverly solved a couple of problems, including an awkwardly placed TP holder, and they cleaned up afterwards. The new shower is, honestly, one of the prettiest things I've ever owned, and it's like getting to visit a spa every day.

      We had a shower installed and the service was great! The installer was wonderful to work with. He cleaned up everything and the shower is Amat. We have now decided to redo our kitchen. The sales person was on time friendly and so easy to work with. Great company!

      We had company in town staying over the day of installation. So on Thursday I requested if they could move the installation from Monday to the Friday before as to not interfere with company and they accommodated the request immediately, that was impressive! They replace the entire shower in only 6 hours and left the bathroom and the residence very clean. Great service all around and will recommend Mad City to anyone.

      Had our initial consultation on April 26th, placed our order the following week and waited 2 months for windows to come in. We understood the delay with supply chain issues, etc. 7 windows installed on July 29th and immediately I noticed scratches on 2 of the windows, black silicone inside 1 window and also 2 loose locks. 8/25 installers came back to replace the scratches. Scratches were STILL on the new windows, so had to reorder. Why wouldn't the windows be inspected before they leave the manufacturer is beyond me! Got a call last Friday that the 2 replacement windows are in and wanted to schedule a time to come back for the 3rd time. I said that I want them inspected before I schedule, to make sure the scratches are not there. She said that they typically don't open the boxes, but will for me. Now it is Tuesday and no call back, so I am assuming the scratches are still there. UNBELIEVABLE!!

      I could not be happier with my experience with Mad City Windows & Baths. I had a shower over a deep soaking tub that was difficult to clean & I felt like I was constantly re-caulking because of mold build-up. Yuck! I wanted to replace the tub with a walk-in shower for ease of use & safety for my elderly mom. After hearing an ad on the radio for Mad City, I gave them a call. Within a couple of days, they came out to take a look & give an estimate. I was impressed with the options they offered & the quality of the materials they use. They even offered some cost-saving ideas & options. Due to supply chain issues, it took a couple of months before installation could take place. Day of installation, the guys showed up on time, were professional & respectful of my home. They completed demolition & installation all in one day which was awesome! Now I have a beautiful, clean & safe shower for all. I would definitely recommend Mad City Windows & Baths!

      Mad City replaced our bathtub with with a shower enclosure. The installers were outstanding. They were courteous and clean. They even vacuumed the stairs at the end of the job, which are no where near the bathroom. The shower doors didn't fit right at first, but they did make take care of the problem. (#******)

      I had a jetted tub that was from the 90s, hard to clean, and a bit of an eyesore. Mad City Windows and Baths made the selection and installation of a modernized look easy and hassle free. I love the results.
