      WORST COMANY EVER!!! WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE PROMISING, BUT ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! KITCHEN INSTALL WAS DECEMBER 2020, AND IT IS STILL NOT RIGHT. AND ITS AUGUST 2022. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. RUN TO THE HILLS IF THIS COMPANY COMES RUNNING. WE HAVE TRIEDWORKING WITH THEM< BUT THEY FAIL TO FINISH, CORRECTLY, WHAT TEHY STARTED. I EVEN INVITED THE MANAGER TO COME TO VIEW THIS HORRIBLE MESS< BUT WAS TOLD NO, AS THEY ARE HIDING BEHIND THE CORPORATE LEVEL PEOPLE. THE "OWNERS", ARE LIKE OZ< AND MYSTERIOUSLY HIDING BEHIND THE CURTAIN> I HAD TO RATE, BUT IF I COULD RATE -1,000 STARS, I WOULD> BEWARE!!

      We used Mad City Windows to replace most of the windows in our home. Two years later, we remodeled/added on so two windows needed to be reconfigured. Mad City moved their windows to a new spot in our house and installed new windows in a different size. They are very good quality so we were thrilled to continue to use them! The people we worked with were very kind, prompt and professional.

      We choose Mad City to replace our tub/shower with a walk-in shower because they use only the highest quality, antimicrobial products. Installation was only one day and Adam did a fantastic job. We absolutely love our new shower!!

      Mad City did a great job replacing my 49 year old windows. The installer was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns before beginning the work.

      Mad City was efficient from ordering through installation.. The installer was awesome with explanation of process, encouraging our questions . He cleaned up all debris, including our old windows. We were very impressed when he said he had washed the windows.. I recommend Mad City. They were very professional.

      Our shower is beautiful. The job took one day and both guys were professional and on time. We love our new shower and couldn't be happier with the work done.

      The gentleman arrived on time and finished a little early. Cleaned up very well and I love the new shower! It's beautiful and really upgraded the master bathroom. Salesman was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

      Mad City replaced our 47 year old front living room window. From sales to installation everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about their product. We love our window. No more drafts or condensation.
