  We used Mad City to redo our shower. They did a phenomenal job and we love it. We did not get the shower door accessories we wanted due to shortages in stock, but it all looks incredible. Thank you for doing a great job! - *************************

  Worst Experience Ever! Little Chute, Wisconsin Please do not hire Mad City for your window replacement project. Here is why. We first had a no show for our initial in-home consultation. The salesman showed up an hour late and said with attitude, “well things come up that is why I was late”. I explained I understand, but a phone call or some communication to let us know you were running late would have been the appropriate thing to do. The salesman that came was pushy and said some inappropriate things while meeting with me. We negotiated with him as they shot us a high inflated price. After negotiating, and having him take some $ off, we signed for 1 casement and 2 slider windows. We had the final measurement and were told by production our one window 2" off. I wanted to cancel our contract and the Mad City rep, told me I could not and would have to pay 20% of my project due to it already being in production. We were also threatened a lien against our house if we did not pay the 20%. This was all a big lie and as I called a few days later and asked production if our windows were in production and they said they were not. I questioned how our windows could be in production if we did not approve of them. The sales man lied again and said they were in production. A company who is not timely, lies, is pushy, threating and makes you feel upset and uncomfortable when you are spending so much of your hard earned money in today's economy is one you should defiantly not go with. There are other window contractors who will make the process much more seamless and comfortable.

  Mad City sent their 1st installer Travis to do my shower, so Apr5th 1st guy does the job, he ask for two days to complete the job. He tore down old tiles and when he was bout to put on new shower siding, I had to remind him that his company had promised to bring old pipes up to code, he rolls his eyes and said fine, he had to stop to call another guy to cut in new pipes. Apr6th Travis comes to finish the job he tells me, he works alone and is tired so he'll have to come back a 3rd day. I told him to just finish it if he could call for help. He told me he took the job at 10% and the don't call for backup. He then says he's out of the window framing parts so would have to come back anyway, says he starts a big job the next day so he would have to skip me one day and finish the next following day. I complained on that, and so he did come back Apr7th. The water pipes where leaking, left ceiling bowing, window frame crooked etc.. I ask for a discount, Service Manager says yes that we talk about it after he sends another guy Andrew to fix. Now Steve is replying back with what he said yes to. Steve sent two guts out before Andrew and both those guys told me how the bathroom should be properly done, I sent these details to Steve, he say yes has the list, but He sends Andrew to argue to say it's undoable what the other two guts said. Andrew says he would take one day, and he sure didn't. Now their charging me interest on a deal that says 0 apr. 0 interest for 12 months, and now no one wants to talk about that issues either.   Mad City kept in contact by phone. The installer came right on time and kept us informed of his progress. He spent 2 days working all day. He took care to clean up and keep tarps on the carpet. The job was well done and beautiful. We feel lucky to have hired Mad City. Our new bathroom is beautiful and fulfills our needs. We love it! Dan & Karen W***

  Mad City is very customer- centered and knowledgeable about their work and products. I am very satisfied with the stand-up shower remodel in my Condo Bathroom.Although the Pandemic postponed the time line Mad City got to my job as soon as they could. The workmen completed the job in one day and left the room in mint condition! Thank you! *************************

  I used Mad City for a tub to shower conversion. Initial start date was delayed.. apparently due to unavailability of materials. Work was scheduled for 06-02-22 to 06-03-22 and completed as promised. The installation went without incident. Installer was very professional and he did an excellent job.   Quality products. The windows and sliding glass patio door has enhanced the look of our home.Although the long wait was inconvenient, the job was completed quickly and they workers cleaned up after themselves.Job#******
