      We love our new windows from Mad City!! They are attractive and blend in with the style (historic) of our 175-year-old home. The installers were efficient and left absolutely no mess!! Their service was fantastic!

      We had a positive experience start to finish. AJ was honest and personable when giving us a quote and never hesitated to answer ALL of our questions. We were happy to engage in their business and they communicated every step of the process with us. They went out of their way to finalize our job as, since we are all human, a piece was forgotten day of installation. This was communicated and remedied quickly. We are so happy we chose Mad City for this project.

      We had a tub to shower conversion done by Mad City in Jan 2022. The craftsmanship is amazing, as well as our installer. Our new shower is beautiful! We couldn't be happier!**** & *****************

      Mad City removed our tub and put in a walk in shower. We are very satisfied with the work and finished product. The installers were very professional!

      We had Mad City Windows and Bath update our walk in shower. The old shower was old and moldy and required new boards to make it mold free. It was stripped down and repaired, than replaced with beautiful side walls, shelving, and fixtures. We love our shower!!The installers were knowledgeable, kind, and thorough.Thank you Mad City!

      We had such good luck with MadCity, they were super easy to work with from day one. Our installer was very professional and personable, always on time and willing to discuss everything with us, and also always cleaned up after himself! Totally wold recommend; I love that we left and came home to a completed project, with no issues! (:

      The end product was completely unacceptable. Problem after problem. First they put the wrong window in, refused to fix the mistake until I authorized payment. 2 months later the new window finally came in(bay window) but looks awful. Nothing lines up, they had to make fabricate siding to fill in the gaps because the measurements were off. On top of the my wall was damaged when the window was brought up the stairs, had to fill with putty and repaint. After window was installed they just left without saying anything or allowing me to look at it while they were here. Emailed that day but no response.

      Mad City was very professional when they arrived for our initial quote. The Mad City Representative did not push products or try to upsell. He took the time to ask us what our goal was and worked with us on ideas to make our bathroom a great upgrade. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The construction crew arrived on time and everything was well coordinated. The construction crew took time to work with me every step of the construction process while onsite. They did an amazing job and our bathroom was transformed in one day. Thank you Mad City.
