      5/23/23, 5/11/23 and others since 2020 See attachment. 2 orders. This year alone. Their site continually says items not found in forest ave store, so in order to receive FREE shipping I had to spend $45 or more!Bother occasions I actually go into the store and found all of the exact items. I actually scanned a barcode if an item while standing in the store and yet again, it said ITEM NOT AVAILABLE in this location. I have brought this up to Corp many times over the years and the issue has never resolved. When I ask store management about this disconnect, they know nothing and advise me to cal ***** This is a cash grab to those who prefer to shop on line and pick up in store. Why are they punishing those who shop this way by not fixing this issue. Please address this issue. I shouldn't have to spend $50 for something that costs $5 or $6 and the actually have the merchandise in that location. It's as ** they could care less.

      We apologize for our customer's experience. We are unable to research IT concerns for past issues, ****** would need to be alerted to the concern at the time of the customer is noticing a discrepency. 

      For example: If the customer ordered attempted to order a pair of  sneakers that indicated that were coded as online only and customer went to the ********************** the same day and saw multiple pairs of this online only sneaker on the store shelves, the customer would need to advise a ********************** associate so they can alert Corporate of a possible scanning or coding issue. 

      Please know there are also times that a customer may return an online only item to the store and the returning associate accidently puts the item back on the sales floor instead of returning to our online return center, this will also cause a scanning error to a customer.

      I was DEFRAUDED by ****'s!On 06-01-23 I purchased a blender and pair of pants. Cameras show I took the blender to the counter & bought it. I never was given chance to open box to check contents. BUT when I got home, I saw that the box did not contain the Ninja blender. On 06-02-23 I returned the same exact box & same exact contents. The employee posted refund. Refund: 1373/0025/1043/1. However, AFTER I left the store, and WITHOUT THE EMPLOYEE EVER INFORMING ME, the employee cancelled the refund. For many days, I had to call Khol's to ask about my refund. On 06-09-23 I was told that, because the box did not contain the Ninja blender, my refund was cancelled. I RETURNED THE **** EXACTLY BECAUSE I PAID FOR NINJA BLENDER, BUT AT HOME I SAW THAT THERE WAS NO NINJA BLENDER IN THE **** However, ****'s is refusing to give my refund. Khol's must give me my refund in FULL, OR I WILL FILE A COURT CLAIMS & DEMAND NOT ONLY MY FULL REFUND BUT ALSO ADDITIONAL MONIES FOR COURT FILING FEES< SERVICE OF PROCESS *********** & SUFFERING.And I advise everyone else NOT to ever shop at Khol's, because ****'S COMMITS FRAUD AGAINST CUSTOMERS. I WILL ALSO PUBLICIZE KHOL'S COMMITTING FRAUD AGAINST CUSTOMERS ON TIK TOK, ******** INSTAGRAM, AND ALL OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA, TO EXPOSE KHOL'S ABUSE OF CUSTOMERS.

      Khols is a company of SCAMMERS and LIARS.

      Notice the inconsistencies:

      "A different version."

      So what was the "different" version?

      Are you then claiming that the box did supposedly contain the correct item?

      Because if that's the case, then why did I not receive my refund?

       

      I did specify that I purchased a box that was supposed to contain and for which I was charged for a specific Ninja blender. 

      The store did not allow me to open to check and verify the exact contents.

      The cameras reflect all of this.

      However, when I got home and opened it (AFTER I had paid for it , of course), I saw that it did NOT contain the blender that I was charged for.

      I'm not posting this rebuttal because I think Khols SCAMMING employees will do the right thing.

      I'm posting this solely for the public to read and know that Khols commits FRAUD and STEALS form consumers.

       

      At any rate, I'm getting my money back in other ways.

      Eff the CON ARTIST employees who are so invested in their lowly paychecks, that they behave as if it's coming out of their own pockets when it's not.

      In the end, the joke is on you.

      Ive been trying to get help from customer service on ******* with no luck. I have a simple question about an item that is out of stock. Kohls sells this particular line of bath rugs in different colors, but the size 22x60 in the mingled taupe is suddenly not available.This is the item in question:Sonoma Goods For Life Ultimate Mingled Bath Rug Runner - 22'' x 60''I simply asked if it was discontinued or just temporarily out of stock, as Id like to use the set and the other sizes are available, but I need to know that this will be available at some point too. ****** from Kohls support on ******* just kept saying that she didnt have that info. When I asked her to escalate to the purchasing department I received no reply.

      On 6/2 I placed a almost $300 order. $291 to be exact. 2 items came. Tried them on needed a bigger size. Went online to exchange them for a bigger size. Online doesnt even say they were delivered. So I took them into the store. Ughhhh. There was one lady working the returns. As I listened to her she was rude with the guy he did amazing for how nasty she was to him. Then yay my turn. I said I need to exchange these for a size bigger. As she rolled her eyes. Huffed and puffed where is your receipt? I informed her again I placed it online. Fine whats the order number. She scanned the 2 shirts she said well Ill put it back on your card. No I need a exchange. Then it started. ** and kohls are 2 completely different stores whatttttt. We cant wont order Ill put it on your card. How much $40. $30 shirts are not $40 these are ***** So no exchange only a return and refund only half the money. You have to go online and buy new. Now the price is $15 more. Oh well. Called a manger she said well pay for new then once they come then return these. Wow. Who had $90 laying around to keep buying the same thing over and over. Called kohls even ***** employees. Go the store return then wait 48 hours to call and order new. We are going on vacation I dont have days to play games. Called corporate office left a message with my phone number 3 times and very detailed yet they wont even answer or return calls.

      We apologize for our customer's experience. Upon review of *** tracking numbers: 1Z3X99X90300331421 & 1Z3X99X90330364198, we verified both of these stemmed from Order ********** placed April 8, 2023. These were returned to sender and refunded April 17, 2023.

      The *** tracking number for 1Z7433Y00313277844 was from Order **********, initially placed April 7, 2023 was returned to sender on April 14, 2023. We verified that the return center did not process the refund and we have gone ahead and processed today, June 13, 2023.

      I was shopping while battling a fever with my recent bout a covid. I was attempting to use three of my kohls cashes before two of them expired on May 31st. I could have sworn I pushed the button to submit my order. I was under the impression that my purchase went through (probably due to my fever). Well days have now passed and I am just now out of my covid fog. I have now come find while sifting through my emails it did not happen and my cart was still full because you all sent an email on the 29th, 30th, and 31st that I needed to put my purchase through. I am now in a little bit of a panic because I no longer have my ************ dollar kohls cash that expired on the 31st. I am well aware that I can go in store to utilize my kohls cash for the ten day grace ******* however I am still positive, still in quarantine, with a now covid positive toddler in tote. I do not want to go in store and pass my covid to others. I also am a nurse who has lost two family members to covid and and do not feel right putting other lives in jeopardy to save a few bucks. Just asking for a little bit of help for a loyal kohls customer that is medically and mentally going through a rough time. I appreciate your time and consideration in hearing my plea.

      On 1/25/23, I ordered KitchenAid Stand Mixers from Kohls.com using my discover credit card. The total order amount was $6851.1 with order number **********. They were shipped out to me and arrived damaged to me on 1/28/23. I took the damaged items to a Kohls store the next day on 1/29/23 where a representative told me they would not accept the damaged item for a return and to contact local law enforcement or my credit card issuer. This is contrary to their return policy published online. So I return the items to Kohls.com warehouse and follow their online return policy as specified online to help with my case. I purchased a ***** shipping label to ship back the damaged items to the exact address specified on the return slip and their online return policy website. ***** delivered it to their warehouse and confirmed delivery with signature on 5/17/23. I contacted Kohls and they claim they have not received the items back. Again, Kohls refuses to acknowledge my return and receipt of the items in the order that I shipped back. I have followed Kohls return policy exactly and did what they want, even paying for shipping costs out of my pocket for a DAMAGED item and Kohls refuses to acknowledge all the proof I have provided. I am seeking a full refund in the amount of $6851.1 as I returned all the items back as shown and confirmed by ***** with singature "KOHLS".

      Upon review of Order ********** placed January 25, 2023 for 14 KitchenAid Artisan 5-qt. Stand Mixers in the color Matte Milkshake, we verified that the customer did not alert ****** or ************************** to advise ** of damaged merchandise. 

      The fastest way to receive a refund is to bring the items to your local ****** store location. If bringing to a store, we recommend bringing each packing slip for all applicable items. The only way a store would decline a return is if they are unable to verify the sale.

      The return packing slips that the customer provided are invalid and we confirmed with our return center that 14 KitchenAid Artisan 5-qt. Stand Mixers were not received. We recommend that the customer contact the delivery carrier and filing a claim with them.

      I am getting hundreds of emails from Kohls and although I have blocked them hundreds of times they continue.I have it it with the saturation and placed a cll to ************************* and have no return call.After going on the Internet I found out this company has many, many, complaints.
