      I placed an order on April 8,2023,order number is 6336964774.I refused two of them. Tracking number are 1Z3X99100310237632, 1Z3X99100320210427.Both packages were returned to kohls on April 19,2023,but I still haven't gotten my refund. Please help me contact kohls issue refund for those two items, thanks

      Hi I ordered 10 of these makeup products from kohls they came damaged and kohls told me via chat to dispose and they will refund. They never did so I called spend long time on ************ apologized and said rest assured it will he refunded. Only one was refunded !! So I tried again and again they apologized and said rest assured it will all be refunded now only one more was refunded!! I called 5 times already spend hours on the phone and each time only one is being refunded . A total of 5 was reigned so far I need the rest refunded asap my order number is **********

      I returned the following item via **** on 05/16/23. Delivery was confirmed 05/18/23 at 2:33am. The tracking number was **********************. The item was a denim skirt, SKU ********, UPC number ************, order number 6341143943_********** ID *********************************. The cost of the item was $28.50. I have not received credit and the Agent I spoke with said they did not receive the package. I have dealt with this company for many years and have never encountered a problem. I mailed it to the address I was provided with the receipt and included the packing slip. The address it was shipped to was ****** Return Center, **************************************************************************. All I am asking for is to be credited the amount of the item, which was $28.50 back on my ****** credit card.

      Purchased dinnerware 6/3/23 Total: $23.52. Picked up from store. *See receipt.Brought dinnerware back to store to return. *See return receipt.Store took back dinnerware, generated return receipt indicting I am due a corporate refund which never materialzed.See return receipt for phone number to call: I called and was told they did not know what I was talking about. Transferred me to another department that did not assist **** then returned to store, showed them my paperwork and they provided me with a card with phone numbers to call: *see copy of card. None of those numbers were correct and I was told on the phone to call the number I wrote in: ************. I called several times and received a message when entering all my personal and receipt info that they are closed despite the message indicating it is open during the hours I called. I can't kep taking off work to make these repeated calls during business hours. Please refund my money and improve your system for customers to reach you, starting with providing the correct phone number.

      Yes, refund has now been processed back to original payment card. Where is the interest owed to me/ my account?

      There has not been adequate explanation of the event and there has not been any attempt to make my finances whole again. 

      ****** took the merchandise back in original packaging with a valid receipt returned within 3 days of purchase. ****** did not provide me with a refund on that return date. Without warning, I was told a corporate refund would be processed and Kohl's corporation would communicate with me.  I never received any communication until I filed this complaint.

      My funds were kept from me, and no interest was paid back to me when ****** kept my return funds from me.

      Kohls Corporation customer service was contacted directly several times about this issue.  Kohls customer service refused to assist me and would not refund the purchase price after taking back the returned merchandise without issueing a refund. This writer was forced to contact BBB for assistance because Kohls corporation refused to correct their mistake.

      My direct calls to Kohls and mssages I have left are still not returned.

      It appears clear that Kohls only is willing to communicate via BBB, as direct communication attempts with Kohls were ignored.

      I purchased an item on a gift card and never picked up the item. They cancelled the order, but never returned my credit back to the gift card. The order was placed on march 5, 2023 and have yet to get my refund. I spoke with them again 45 days ago to clear this up. She said by policy it could take 30 days to return back to gift card. I verified the gift card number and it still shows a zero balance.

      I placed an order with Kohls on 6/7/2023. It was supposed to arrive to me within a week in time Father's **** 4 days passed then 5 then 6 I contacted Kohls' customer service via the chat option (let me tell you Kohls has THE WORST customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my life). They kept assuring me that I would receive the items in time for Father's **** Given the fact that the order was split into 2 shipments one from the south and one from ********** they were not arriving in time. It took 7 DAYS to fulfill the order, WHY? Because Kohls' did NOT have the items in stock that they CLAIMED were in stock, so they had to wait to receive the items before they shipped them out. So not only did they lie about item availability they also tried to tell me that the current ship date was the date that was there when I placed the order which was NOT true. Kohls' customer service attempted to cop out and try to make me look like I was the liar in this situation that is absolutely horrible for a company to do. I made it quite clear to Kohls' that I was not going to be driving 45 minutes to my nearest Kohls' to return these items as that is time and gas, I shouldn't have to of wasted. I also stated that I was not sending these items back and I pay the return shipping. Surely enough Kohls' customer service told me those were my ONLY options. I stated that this was their mess up they should have to provide a return shipping label. For the past week I have been gaslighted by Kohls' it's really sad a company would stoop to such a level just so they don't have to make right the mistake they made. The agents are in a 3rd world call center and had no idea that Monday was a Holiday (Juneteenth) and that mail would not be delivered that day. I am beyond frustrated with Kohls'; this is unacceptable from the shipping department all the way to customer service. ****** needs to make this right and do the right thing. Let's see if they do.

      We also verified that all items from this order were returned at our *********** location Sunday **** 25, 2023 with a full refund going back to the original tender used on this order.

This is the last time I business with Kohls your company and corporate office are disgusting and will do anything to avoid liability even lying on here.

      I placed an order **********, it was shipped to the wrong address in ********. The lady was nice enough to refund me- most of my order was paid with a gift card from Mothers Day. I asked for the gift card to me emailed to I can re-order the items. I followed up the next day because I didnt get an email- and I was told the gift card will be mailed and I will get it in 14 days- which is ridiculous because they could have emailed me a virtual gift card. I asked ******* to confirm the address and I asked him to add and apartment number and he told me he did. I have confirmation from live chat that I was told he did. I contacted kohls again- to see what I could do to get the gift card emailed to me because I want to place a **************************************** apartment number. Im constantly being lied to by reps through live chat.

      We apologize for the customer's experience. Upon review of the received complaint we verified that initial order ********** was placed Friday June 9th, 2023 by the customer on their iphone and tendered with a mastercard and a $250 ****** Gift Card. ****** asks customers to verify the ship to address twice prior to order submission. ****** also sends out an email confirmation that once again mentions the ship to address and advises customers that they have up to 30 minutes to contact ****** and cancel the order.

      Customer advised ****** Friday June ********* (7 days later) that they selected a wrong address and as a courtesy, ****** offered to refund the order. The refund went back to the mastercard and the $250 KMC (****** Merchandise Credit) was mailed to the billing address on file on this order which was ********************************************. This billing address has been updated since this order and  upon receiving the BBB complaint, we have partnered with the appropriate internal partners to void the $250 that was already mailed and reissue a new one to include the apartment number that was missing. A new KMC (****** Merchandise Credit) has since been mailed to: ***********************************************************. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive.
