    Purchased a new window (approx $7500). Quoted delivery in January. Followed up at the beginning of January and was told due to delays, it would now be ****** Called back late March to check on status, was informed it would now be ***** Called back again to check on status the first week of June, now told July. Called back again multiple times, finally got an email stating September. During all of this happening, asked if I could cancel, told me the order has been placed and materials purchased, so it would cost me about $3500 to cancel. So now no window with only an estimated arrival which will undoubtedly be pushed out again. I have called many times with no response back to request. I was told the order was placed after final measurement on 11/5. I would like my window to be delivered and some sort of discount for the time and energy spent trying to plan around this and many phone calls.

    Put money down on some windows with Window Select and never received my windows. They will not refund my money and I need new windows. The address to the company is Window Select *************************************************************** Their phone number is ************ Purchased the windows on 11/8/21 and then another order on 1/28/22 both orders were never received.

    Placed an order with Window Select 6/13/21 and gave a 50% deposit $1,928 for 4 new windows with installation. I keep calling and customer service keeps telling me 'next month'. I have mentioned I'd like to cancel my order with them, and they said that I would still be responsible for the material cost (basically the 50% I put down). I find this funny because if the windows aren't produced yet, the true cost of the material should be $0. I called today and the **************** Manager said he feels confident that my windows will be in 3rd week of July. I told him that I was told that about June from another customer service person.

    Ordered windows from window select July 2021 still have not received. Put **** dollars down. They dont even answer the phone now. I would just like my money back.

    I have window order with Window Select.Original contract was signed for on 9/11/2021.Original order was 12 windows 8 Slider, 3 Double Hung and 1 Casement White ******** and White ********* the order was amended on 9/22/2021 as we added 2 more Sliding windows to the order, so then the order because 14 Windows.The salesperson we were working with was named *************************.We paid $10,000.00 up front on 9/11/2021 with a check #****, and with the amended order the agreement was to pay an additional $1,700 upon installation.The address for installation is:1307 *********************************************************
