    I am *************************, a homeowner in *********, **. I ordered my windows from Windows Select July 26, 2021 and was told 16 weeks would be the latest I would have them installed. It has now been over a year. I have kept in contact with them just about monthly on where my windows are. They keep pushing back the day and telling me it wont be any longer, then it is. I paid a down payment of roughly $3,232. In spring I was told my windows would arrive July 11, 2022. No call from them and no windows. When I called they are now pushing me out to September. I do not want theses windows anymore because honestly I do not think they are coming. I want my money back and want to move on. It is like I am being scammed. They never give me any real details about my order. Once I was told by one of their customer service agents that my wait time would be longer if I wasted peoples times looking for the specifics of mine. I am trying to sell my home and the unknown of this is holding me back. What can I do? My number is ************.

    We ordered 2 windows from Windows Select in May 2021. They were supposed to install them in the fall 2021. They called to say that supply chain issues were holding up the order. They called every month to give us an update - still the same thing. In early Spring 2022 they told us the windows were held ** in ************. I called again after that, still on hold. We haven't heard from them since, but we've read about the issues this company has. SInce they have not reached out to us as the news reports said they would, we'd like help in either getting our windows installed or getting a refund. $1699.00

    After attending the Home/Builders Show at the ***************** in *********, I had Window Select come out to my home to give me an estimate on a gutter and siding job. I signed a contract and put a $500 down payment on March 25th, 2021. They took an additional disbursement from a financial company for $4,800 two days later as well... which I've paid for IN FULL since then. They were a NO CALL/NO SHOW and because of the ZERO communication back and the length of time that has lapsed, I sent an email notification requesting my RIGHT TO CANCEL. I haven't heard back what's going on with my money being returned. HORRIBLE (ZERO) CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Plus still need to get siding and gutters done on my home! I live check to check and can't afford to lose that money!!

    A year ago (March/April of 2021) I contacted and hired Window Select to install new windows.I put $700 dollars down as a down payment. As of today July 18th 2022 I have not received my windows. my original installation date was August of 2021. The frustrating part was not only did they not fulfill their deadline but they never reached out to me before the original installation date or after. When I reached out to them they always had another excuse.Since then Ive only received broken promises and unfulfilled deadlines. They never gave me a lien waiver and I don't have windows.This year in May ************************************* agreement with another company to install my windows Because Window Select did not fulfill their original agreement neither did they reach out to me in regards to my windows.When I contacted Window Select (July of 2022)to ask for a refund,I was denied in addition they stated that I would owe $3000 if I opted out. According to them There reason was that next month (August) my windows would be ready from manufacture and theyll call me for installment date, however I am no longer interested in doing business with this company because of their reputation, unprofessionalism, lack of communication, not meeting their deadlines and a plethora of other reasons.Im requesting a complete refund and I refuse to pay $3000 do to their negligence. Your assistant in getting this problem resolved would be greatly appreciated.Thank You ******** and *************************

    Windows Select purchased $5000 of windows September 2021, quoted 12 weeks for install, pushed to April, pushed to July 2022, now pushed to November. Windows not made yet but can't get a refund.

    I purchases 4 double hung windows for $3200. I signed the contract Nov 1. 2021 where I paid $1600 deposit. by check. I was told the windows were going to be delivered by February. It is now the middle of July and no windows. I have called numerous times and I am not getting anywhere

    We put a down payment on windows ordered from Window Select in April of 2021. The down payment was for half the cost of the windows that we were told would be installed in June of 2021. $5000.00. In June 2021, we called, when we hadn't been contacted about an installation date. We were told that we would be contacted and the windows would be installed in August 2021. This went on for several months. We were told October, then November, then January. In March of 2022 I called and the woman at the front desk took a message. I was told that in order to cancel our order, I'd have to talk to the salesperson and that she'd return my call within a week. The woman I spoke with said that she had taken calls from over 200 people who wanted to speak to the salesperson. No one returned my call. I called the following week and it was just an answering machine taking messages. Since then, I have received no callbacks whatsoever. I called this week (July 11 2022) and was told that someone would get back to me in ***** hours. No one returned my call and it has been 72 hours.

    Date of Transaction: 6/18/2021 Amount of Money Paid: $6200.00 Business committed to Provide: Bow window with roof Nature of Dispute: The business has provided nothing; cant wait any longer.Business has not tried to resolve this issue.No Account or tracking order I dropped the first complaint (ID ********* after Window Select said they would order the window and install at the end of June. Nothing. When I called them on July 5, 2022 they said I would receive an email informing me of the status of the window. As of this date I have received nothing.

    7/12/2022 10/2021 Contracted WS, 10K Project, 3K Down, Spring 2022 Install. Called March 2022 for update, informed June/July 2022 Install. Contacted by WS April 2022, Install pushed to Aug/Sept. Subsequent visit to ***************** rep informed me in person install pushed to Oct/Nov 2022. Additionally while at Men. Falls office, informed by WS **** ** would be credited to project due to delay. Requested Lien Waiver, informed by rep they had just received authorization from their Attny's to provide LW's to customers that request a LW. Rep refused to provide proof windows were ordered from secondary manufacturer since the first manufacturer allegedly dropped WS. Received Lein Waiver Document via email aprox 1 week after my in person visit at the Men. Falls S.S. location. LW Document displayed WS letterhead but without a WS representatives signature.Is there a Primary Attorney or Firm that is accepting clients regarding the pending Class Action Law Suit ?     I gave Window Select two cash deposits for my windows. Total cost of windows were $16500. On 10-21-2021, I gave them $400 and on 1-14-2022, I gave them another $8000 (in cash). Every time I called to see where my windows were they would tell me they would be in by the end of May, then the end of June, now it's the end of July. Now when I call all I get is an operator who takes a message but promises the windows are still coming in. I am aware the company has declared bankruptcy, but I cannot afford to lose that kind of money to a company that swindles people out of their money and doesn't deliver what they promise. I want the correct windows installed or my money back.
