Great firm! Joe **** has been assisting me on some complicated debt negotiations with lenders. Joe has been very detailed and thorough in explaining the debt negotiation process. My experience with Miller&Miller law firm has caused nothing but more stress. I wouldnt recommend them for bankruptcy.The communication with the attorney is very minimum to many office hands not following which has caused my Chapter 13 to be dismissed.CYNTHIA W

We have been in communication with **************** throughout the last several weeks, most recently as Friday, September 2nd. We have been clear with her about the status of her case and why it will be dismissed. The reason for the case being dismissed is nothing our office has done, it has to do with testimony the client gave at hearing and the jurisdictional rules. As we have explained to ****************, we are are happy to re-file her case now that she has corrected the issue that is causing her current case to be dismissed.
