Shasta told me to take a deep breath and calm myself helped me refocus my thoughts of everything I knew or thought I knew about bankruptcy, I was scared She helped me I’m going to get a new car and a credit score over 720 She told me I would be able to sleep through the night at the end of the call and she was 100% current She needs a raise! Solid legal crew. Paralegals were always responsive and attorneys were always making progress in the background. They made sure I provided as much as I could to make it through the process correctly. Had a switch with attorneys but they communicated the change and the new attorney pulled through really well. Good team!Miller & Miller Law, LLC

Joe was, through his years of experience and professional acumen, able to negotiate my debt down to a fraction of what creditors demanded. He understands how collectors think and behave extremely well for he has worked on collections fo many years. He has been professional yet personable from my first meeting with him and always made me feel comfortable and respected through my whole experience with Miller&Miller. From the first minute I spent speaking with Joe about a potential bankruptcy case, he made me feel at ease and supported; his banter was what made it easy to talk to him. He didn't hesitate to offer options and information. That trend continued even after it became clear that I won't be able to file with Miller and Miller and filing in my previous state of residence is the way to go. Even then, without charging a penny, he kept in contact, offered advice, and provided a referral with whom I ended up filing. Thank you, Joe!Miller & Miller Law, LLC

They are the absolute worst you need to file a bankruptcy go anywhere but to them I went to do a bankruptcy with them. They never started the bankruptcy. I asked for a refund I was told I will get a refund and theyre giving me the runaround so they want to keep my money. Obviously Im having financial trouble. Thats the whole reason why I filed bankruptcy in the first place for them to just keep my money because they feel like it is wrong. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy, you better off going to the devil getting assistance before going to Miller & MillerMiller & Miller Law, LLC

It's quite unfortunate to see this review. ************** hired our office on March 8th. We agreed to file her case at just the cost of expenses that had to be filed. We did not accept any money for attorneys fees prior to agreeing to file her case. ************** gave us documents to get her case filed, however, they were incomplete. Our office worked diligently to get her case in order for filing. It was on May 16th that ************** found an attorney willing to file her case for even less than we had accepted. It was at this point ************** began stating we were not doing our job and she wanted a refund. ************** had signed an agreement with our office on March 8th, agreeing to our services. Our fee agreement includes a 7 day right to cancel clause. She chose to cancel on day 8. Even though we were not obligated to, and spent hours working on her case, we did refund ************** in full. She has already cashed the check.Review fromJos D

Horrible business. My husband and I went to them to get a bankruptcy. My husband filed a seven year ago which means that I was the only one who was able to file. We asked constantly will his debt be discharged also. We were told by some woman,not even sure who she was because we were bounced around to so many people, but I want to say it was Shasta, that our attorney said that since it's a marital state that his debt will automatically be included, in her words ,This is the work around because its a marital state. We immediately paid the 100 out the enormous 2600 they asked from us, in order to hire them. She advised us not to pay our cards any more and to only pay the house and car. Well we did exactly that. We were then sent multiple emails on what they needed from us which included ALL of my husband's personal information and for him to complete the credit course. We submitted and did everything. Cool, no problem. Well, months after we paid them up, they sent me an email to confirm the creditors,I noticed that my husband's debts were missing even though I put everything in their workbook. I told them the issue to which they replied" His debt isn't being discharged". So we were flat out lied to. I immediately put a hold on paying them any more money, at this point, we paid them 1300 dollars. I spoke to Shasta, who is very unprofessional. She didn't have any type of sympathy and still demanded that I pay them the rest of the money. She kept stating ,Well you are already ready to file so why would you want to not file anymore?. Well because you all lied to us. Why would I pay 2600 dollars for only my credit card debt. On top of that, now my husband has to catch up on all of his debt and you think that we can just throw more money you all's way . Company is all over the place and they all lack empathy for people going through a really rough time. I wish I never went to you all in the first place. I do not recommend. I also still have yet to get my money back.Miller & Miller Law, LLC

We appreciate Ms. Diaz' feedback and take her allegations seriously. We have been in touch with her many times over the last several weeks to answer her questions. No less than 3 attorneys from our office have reached out to her, including the owner of Miller & Miller. We have done our best to explain Ms. Diaz's options and continue to work with her.
