      This is the worst company ever. If you have them processing your credit cards you better check every deposit. They just take money from your deposits. They can not tell you where the money went.

      They will not release funds to the merchant. I purchased artwork using my Chase credit card. I paid off my card using my Chase checking. However, First Data MS will not release funds to the merchant. They are fraudulently holding the money that belongs to the merchant. They have no number for me to call them. They just leave messages from an unknown number.

      Should be zero stars. Can’t do a money transfer to my bank account, have called and spoke with 5 different people. They are “aware of the issue” but can’t give any reason as to why this is happening or how long it will be before I can transfer the money. They won’t credit any fees to go to a different bank to get a cash advance, won’t raise my daily atm limit, and the only option they gave me to get my almost $800 off the card was to ask a colleague if I can internally transfer them my money and trust that they will write me a money network check. Customer service just transfers to a different rep, refuses to send you to the survey, and no rep has any answers. The “supervisors” just say sorry and that they can submit my frustration but I won’t ever get a response and they will admit that. So in the end they are just illegally withholding almost $800 of my money with no care.

      Sales Rep told me I could try the device for free for 30 days and if I didn't like the service, I could return the equipment. When I tried to cancel the service, they told me it was a non-cancel agreement.

      Ive been calling this company for weeks and nobody wants to help me. Everyone I speak to will transfer you to a new department. There isnt enough hours in a day to get to the right person.

      Flagged my card for fraud, told me to call them to verify a purchase. I do so and they tell me they have to close my card, and send me a new one, in 7-10 business days, but if I pay 10 dollars they'll get me a new card faster. The fraud seems pretty blatant.

      I opened up a new checking account with ***********, having over$22,000 in it, and I not having my debit card yet, I done a (Pay by bank) to ******* for $358.20 which got declined I called telecheck they told me "We underdtamd" but ypull have to wait 24 hours for it to rezet, do 24 hours later same thing I called back and the same thing from them so i asked to talk to a supervisor wgo ofcourse was "On a call* ....mind you All my money is tied up here for 3 days now, My car is out of gas, i cant buy food, and above all my grandbaby needs her inhaler, that she depemds on but there sorry wait 24 more hours AGAIN and Good Luck, out right ridiculous to have $22,000 but they say i cant spend $358 at *******!! Its not even a check....if I could do 0 stars I would

      This company told me i would save money on fees. and i am able to cancel the agreement at any time with cancelation fee. But now they told me that this contract is not voidable. they lied to me. so, i had to put a stop payment on it. Now they keep send me mail to pay monthly charges when I'm not even using their equipment or service. i felt it was a scam. just take people money when we don't even use their services. i would never recommend to anyone. this company is a fraud.

      merchant id *********** also manjeet inc. dba three forks muddy gap service
      merchant id *********** their sales rep came in and convinced me to go with their company. I will be able to save money. which was a lie. the sales rep told me you can cancel at any time. This was also a lie. even though on contract it does say an early termination fee of 567.00 or something like that. So I signed with them. Everything I was told basically was a lie. I ended up giving them my other business also. which They told me they will be able to integrate with my existing pos system. which they had no clue about how to merge with the existing system. they stalled time to figure it out. It took months to figure out. In that time period they kept taking money out without providing the service. everytime i had to make a request for a refund. to get my refund always took a month, by that time next month fees already taken out of my account. so they always owed me money. Every time I request a refund they ask me if I'm gonna continue working with them. every time i told yes but they alway stalled time to figure out how to merge with the existing system. So I finally gave up. and told them to cancel my contract. their answer was i can't cancel the contract.. so everything was a lie

      the biggest mistake that i’ve ever made in my life!!. they send an unprofesional tech support to set up that clover station duo. next day all online ordering was messed up and i lost a lot of money. i called FDMS, card connect, clover to cancel everything and i wanna send it back but they said after i return the pos system i still need to pay $150 for 48 months!! stay away with this company!!

      This company is the equivalent of the mafia. We have tried to cancel for months. Even once 'canceled' they continue to charge us fee's. Even with our account canceled, they are charging us and trying to send us to collections for not 'paying' for something that we have canceled. This has taken months and continues to go-on. We are being passed from one person to the next, with no end in sight. This company is a scam and completely unethical as to their billing and management services.
