      Worst company for any small or new business. Not only did they terminate my account after only three mo tha being open because we “grew faster than they expected” they have been holding over $80,000 for 7 months and refuse to take our calls. Instead we are left on hold for 4+ hours at a time. It’s the running joke at work to call and see how long they will leave us on hold before they disconnect the call. Than they red flagged my business so that I cannot get a merchant services account t with anyone. We can no longer take cards at all. They have a 2.4 rating with BBB trash

      This company has been nothing but a horrible headache. I signed up for my device on June 24,2022. I was given misinformation regarding the purchasing of the flex device. I as told that I had up to 60 days to cancel my lease agreement and that the company has a buy back program to buy the device back. I spoke with my sales rep four days after having the device asking to purchase the device straight out that I no longer wanted to do the lease agreement because I was mislead and he wasn’t truthful. Sales rep agreed to issue me a return on the device but stated that it would take up to 10 days to process my request. Well 10 days came and gone and still nothing. My sales rep won’t return my emails. I feel as if they are trying to by my time and wait until my 60 day return run out. At this point I’m going to send the device back myself and contact my bank to stop all payments or either close my account. This is a horrible company I advise NO ONE to do business with them.

      HORRIBLE PEOPLE BUSSINES GOING UP THEY BLOCK MY TRANSACTIONS BECAUSE GOING UP, HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND ALSO SO RACIST

      Dear **********************,Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. It was found that you were not credit qualified for the activity. For these reasons our Risk team did require refunds to be processed. It was also found that your banking was not financially supportive of the large sales being processed. We attempted to debit the account for fees associated with processing and they were rejected by your bank for insufficient fund, which caused the collections balance. Based on the collections balance, we have closed out the account as of 8/17/2022. We believe this fully explains your concerns.       They gave me a 1099 that does not match deposits into my account we are talking over $10,000 they collected for charging the customers a fee then trying to charge me the taxes on money they collected do not do business with them and if others out there that are doing business be aware no customer service and they will take you for everything change company now
