  I just recently signed with them and on my very first transaction I already regret. What a waste of time.I'm a legit business since 2013 and I told them from day one that I had just opened a new business account so there was not much movement going on there. They said it was OK. Then they asked for bank statement which I sent them.Then they asked to.see the invoice which is very weird, but I also sent them. As my money was never released, I wrote them to get a position and they after 4 days of the charge, wrote me back saying they can't process because the amount is higher than what they compared to on my bank statement. I told them from day one the account was new and there was not much credit card requests by my clients. They said it was not a problem but now it is. I do not recommend this company. They gonna make you lose business .

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie about the rates and never answer the phone. Every time I have called, I wait on hold for 30 minutes then am prompted to leave a message. I would NOT recommend this company. Wish I could give them zero stars!

  I agree with everyone here. They tell you your monthly fee is $6.95, plus the % for the transaction which they offer at a lower rate than other companies. However, they charge fees that they never tell you about! I'm reviewing the contract and nowhere does it say they can charge a yearly fee, a minimum fee, or anything like that. I have called multiple times and all I get is on-hold music. I have not been able to speak to anyone, or been able to get a refund for the extra fees. I canceled the account last month, but I haven't been able to have anyone call me back. They are a total rip-off company! I see they have 20 years in business, but should really be investigated for fraud! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You are better off paying a little more with Square, but at least you know what you pay! No hidden fees!

  I switched to this company in Aug 2022 with a promise of $50/month saving by *******************. I was worried about it but i was assured it would be fine. He rushed me through the contract online signing process and I didn't see this spot that I would have to pay $99 annual fee I was never told about and I was never charged by previous CC company in past 6 years. So now I am spending MORE money with this company. So since Aug 2022, i had to pay $99 for four months worth of service. I tried to get them to do a partial refund but they refused to. With my math with prevous statements, even without the $99 annual fee, i was still not saving any money but spending more than I did.I want to get out of this company ASAP but I want to be assured that I will not be charged with any termination/cancellation fee a long with another hit for $99 but they haven't been responding to my emails.

  If I could rate them as having no stars, I would. First they lure you in by telling you about their inexpensive rates, which is true. They tell you about their low monthly fee, which is true. However, they don't tell you about all the other fees that you will get charged. Then make sure when you cancel, to send back their card reader or they will charge you for it. I signed up with them in June 2022, I cancelled in July 2022 because they did not tell me about all of their fees. Even when I didn't make any money, or didn't use their card reader they still charged me fees. There are third-party fees, miscellaneous fees, and a monthly minimum fee. If you do not make a certain amount every month, they will charge you money for it. I am a business that is just starting out, so I'm not going to always make money every month, I should not owe money for not making money, how can any business work like that. Anyways, I am just making this review now because now, 5 months after cancelling my service with them, I received a processing statement saying that I owe $16.95!! What?! I called their customer service and apparently it is a annual fee that is charged by a card company, not by Merchant One. Then why am I receiving a statement from Merchant One and not from that card company?? And why is it listed on their statement as Fees instead of Third Party Fees?? DO NOT Use this company!! Especially if you are just starting out. You will end up owing money instead of making money!!

  ABSOLUTELY NOT. DO NOT USE THIS COMANY. THEY HAVE CHARGED ME $70 IN HIDDEN FEES 3 TIMES FOR A $7 ACCOUNT. I CANCELED MY ACCOUNT WEEKS AGO AND THEY JUST CHARGED ME AGAIN YESTERDAY. I DEMAND A REFUND. I HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE RETURNED YOUR EQUIPMENT WEEKS AGO. I HAVE PROOF. I DEMAND A REFUND!!!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!
