      If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, horrible company that just takes money that is not theirs without any repercussion. Beware of this company they are thieves. Their customer service just routes you all over the place. I asked to speak to a supervisor and nobody would even speak to me and I had to verify my information multiple times to just get nowhere. I canceled not only because of the experience that I had but because the customer service was garbage as well. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

      Fraud. this was my first credit card service company. so there was no comparison until we find another company and looking at the detail, we found that everything the agent told us is not true. there are a lot of hidden charges. i canceled my service on the last day of January, but the agent postpone my cancellation day to the end of February. even though I do not use their credit card machine at all, and still got charged the service fee. And a few days ago, found out still got charged again in March. Fyi, Mike was my agent with this company. be aware of scams.

      Zero stars for the worst company I've ever interacted with. I own a franchise business where members pay me dues on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis. We've never had a chargeback in the 8-year history of the company. I signed up with Cardpointe, who processed just under $7000 in payments from members, but the money never got deposited into my account. After holding my members' money for a *month* they told me that my business type was too high-risk, and that they would be cancelling my account. I had to refund all of my members' dues, and scramble to find another payment processor.

      That was six months ago. As of THIS MORNING, Cardpointe/CardConnect is STILL attempting to charge my members - I'm getting emails from Cardpointe letting me know that a transaction has been declined. My members are emailing me asking why Cardpointe is still attempting to charge them. I have spent HOURS on the phone with various unhelpful reps who refuse to help me escalate the situation, and who give me the same scripted non-responses when I ask what I can do to stop this from happening anymore.

      HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS?!

      When I signed up with cardconnect I was told they didn't have hidden fees. I was also told PCI compliance was $119 per year. In June of 2022 I was charged $150 for PCI compliance. I noticed in the first two years in business with cardconnect my fee's were higher in December and I couldn't figure out why. In December
      of 2022 my fee's we even higher then the last two years so I looked into it further.
      I called cardconnect and was told it was a yearly fee of $269 to protect me in the event of a breach. By the way I was never told anything about this fee while signing up with them. So now I checked my cardconnect statements from December of 2021 and December of 2020 and that fee was also charged but it was $100 cheaper at $169. I'm looking for another merchant account but will take my time doing so. When getting a merchant account or changing merchant accounts please be aware and find out all the facts before hand.

      Very difficult organization to deal with. They Wasted a lot of Our Finance & IT’s team time in 2022. The tone of discussions and lack of interest in hearing our legal contract input from a customer was shocking. Don’t use them and find another option.

      They still owe me about $750! And I represent a nonprofit! And first met the rep in 3rd grade and we’re both now 51! Very distressing. What can we do about this?

      Everything that you read below is absolutely true!!!!!! This is happening to my company as I'm typing this. I wish I would have read these reviews before deciding to do business with them!!!!
      They have called my customers. Verified all charges and still refuse to release my funds for 60 days. I have been through other risk managements before with other merchant services and none of them have ever held funds for longer than a week to verify charges. I told them I would just refund my customers and they said they wouldn't release the funds. This company could care less about you and your business. Please stay far away from them!
