Is there a zero stars option? I am absolutely appalled at the lack of service & ethics this company has. I processed a 35k sale for a client after notifying my merchant company prior. The transaction appeared to go through only for me to be notified that it had been flagged by risk management a day later. That same day my bank account was debited over 1k in processing fees & I received a statement that claimed the 35k has already been transferred. I filled out all paperwork they requested & after two weeks of waiting learned they were refusing to transfer the funds to me. After inquiring with both fiserv and the merchant they work with no one could give me an answer other than they didn’t want to risk a potential chargeback. The client paid off her credit card and a month later I was still fighting to figure out what had happened and how to get the client her money back if they weren’t going to transfer it to my business. Finally I was able to get the client her refund but informed they would not be refunding my processing fees. I have been a client for nearly 5 years with zero chargebacks and zero fraudulent activity and the fact that they would refuse to give me my clients money blows my mind besides the fact that they debited my account for funds that were never settled. Still fighting to get my money back and was informed they have a contract that shows they are entitled to it but when I call no one can supply me with this contract. The one I signed says nothing about being charged processing fees for funds the company refuses to transfer simply because “they don’t want to risk a potential chargeback”. I have now spent countless hours of my time on over twenty phone calls where no one can give me direct answers or resolve any issues. Don’t use this company or they will hold your clients money for as long as they can, refuse to give it to you & than debit your bank account stealing your money. BTW I am a BBB accredited business myself. Support your clients FISERVFiserv, Inc.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Our records show the account came under risk review due to processing higher than signed for sale at $3k. The account is not credit qualified for this activity and could not be re-credit qualified. Based on the extended timeframe delivery and the banking profile not being supportive of the risk, refunds needed to be processed from the funds in reserve of $35k and another form of payment accepted. As a courtesy, we have waived the $18.79 collections fee associated with your July 2023 statement. Horrible customer support, service, and escalation department is a lie. My company has funds on hold for over 2 years now. I call every week to find out why they haven't reimbursed he money to our business and they keep on telling me to wait ***** hours. I have escalated this problem for more than 3 times and I still can't get my money back.Fiserv, Inc.

I am a Federal Contractor who decided to use Clover Merchant Services. I processed my first transaction on 6/21/23 its 7/10/23 and still haven't received my funds. I have called 5 times and not even a update. I received one email on the 26th asking for documents, although strange I still complied and not even a single reply since. I was told ***************************** was reviewing my transaction, so I scheduled a call with her, and she told me she hasn't got to it yet and would email me that day. Nothing! . I called a week later to get a update, she scheduled a call and never called during the scheduled time. Then left a voicemail later that day saying I'll try to call to call you back. I can't believe the level of incompetency and unprofessionalism. Where is my money?!Fiserv, Inc.

Horrible. My USAA account was suspended temporarily due to a need to verify my wife's identity since I added her to my accounts. I couldn't upload documents due to an error with USAA's mobile app. Finally got that fixed, but in the meantime, my account was frozen and Fiserve just continued to process my automatic bill pay items... all for them to bounce and I get charged NSF fees. First time I've had any NSF fees with USAA. No apologies. Had no idea that Fiserve even existed and assumed it was USAA offering bill pay services. After this experience, and with no apology or effort to make things right, I'll be looking to move my accounts away from USAA and will DEFINITELY NOT be using Fiserve's bill pay services EVER again.Fiserv, Inc.

While we do understand the difficulty this issue has caused, we are unable to assist. Fiserv is separate from your bank and so when your bank froze your account ******************** would not be notified. Just as you would have had to call any other automatic payments to let them know to delay positing, you would need to contact Fiserv. We understand there may be some confusion since the the bill pay service is promoted by your bank, but in the set up documents it would have explained that it was a 3rd party program and any changes or cancelations would need to be discussed directly with the 3rd party. Any NSF fees incurred will need to be addressed by your bank as they are who charged you.

Fiserv left a message for me personally on my answering machine requesting that I call one, eight hundred, eight four eight, one three three seven, regarding bill pay with my bank, which they specifically named. I have no idea who these people are or how they obtained my information. I called my bank, and the representative I spoke with had never heard of Fiserv.Fiserv, Inc.

BillPay is a Fiserv product. Your bank would be partnered with Fiserv to allow you this service. If there is an issue with your BillPay account that goes unresolved, it could result in suspension of your BillPay account and the ability to use the service.
Your bank should be aware of the services they offer and the partners they work with. We would recommend calling back at the phone number provided or speaking again to your bank and asking for someone familiar with the BillPay service.

Not very friendly. My bill pay was suspended because of one scheduled payment defaulted into different account which I do not use. Been with PNC bank for years and have never even heard of fiserv as 3rd party or never missed a payment. Also have plenty of funds in my account in which to pay bills. Called and they stated I have to wait for 5 days to resolve issue. No t acceptable to meFiserv, Inc.

The only words that come to mind when I think of Fiserv can't be printed here. As a local merchant using their services, I am appalled at the poor service they provide. I have tried to keep their Telechek department from raiding my business bank account to no avail. They have no contract, no signed agreement with my business, and refuse to stop. They had a contract with my deceased father, but the business changed ownership, tax id numbers, and legal names. Yet, they have unlawfully debited this dormant account for 9 years! Calls to customer "no service" get exactly that....NO SERVICE. Now, after putting a stop payment on their illegal withdrawals, they want to threaten ME with legal action. This is one financial services company I urge business owners to stay away from. I won't even patronize their overhyped and overpriced arena!Fiserv, Inc.

Awful company. They completely lied when selling us their services. Issues continuously and never anyone to assist with the problems. Now all requests are supposed to go through the client 360 portal with an urgency indication, critical being #1. A great example of how well they respond to these are I put in a request at 9:30AM and did not even receive a reach out until 4PM. Horrible service for an outlandish price. We were much better off running everything in house. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get into a contract with this company.Fiserv, Inc.
