This is a horrible unprofessional and overall a garbage company to work with.- **************** is abhorrent. Entitled, work from home, children. Good luck speaking to an actual human unless they need something from you - The "Repairs" process is deliberately tedious and seems to almost discourage repairs as opposed to purchasing ******* - "Contact Online" - Nonsense, they are and have been aware that this option on their website is inactive and unusable - Online ordering is a mess and seems like the site was built by somebody that just learned to code HTML yesterday - It's really unfortunate that banks still prefer both this and Pax over the competitors. Move away from both if at all possible, they are both a nightmare when it comes to customer and any type of service

Worst company for merchant services. They charge you unreasonable rates, customer services in zero, you will be on the phone & suddenly they will hang up or drop your call. We cancelled our contract with them 4 months ago and they still keep charging us every month.

This is the worst company to deal with. If I was not forced to use this company for processing my credit cards because of my franchise, I would switch to another company. If you are looking for a credit card processing company to deal with stay away from this one. 1 star is way too generous for this company. They tell you incorrect information and when you tell them they have incorrect information they insist they are correct. Stay away from this company

I've received notices in the mail re: a balance that was processed. I do owe them an amount, so when I called, the customer service rep was so laid back and asked me if I was going to give him my email or not, red flag for sure. I had a knawing feeling in my gut because I thought I was being scammed. I hung up. So, are they a legitimate business or scammers? I wasn't comfortable giving this 'guy' all of my banking information.

I posted a previous review and did not rate accurately according to reasonable customer standards. I rate this company the lowest possible rating. It is almost impossible to receive service. I've been asking for help with my equipment and lease for several weeks and my rep or his manager does not return calls. Emails are not answered. I get referred to the same person with customer service. Very frustrating and a waste of valuable time! My husband is on it now. Maybe rep will respond to a man.

Do not use this service. So called Customer Service has no authority to anything for the customer except solicit more fee paying service. Best to file a complaint with CFPB.

My bank uses Fiserv for (in theory) debit card monitoring. I say "in theory" because they have yet to catch a fraudulent transaction (which has happened twice that I've caught myself) but repeatedly question - and block - such suspicious activity as buying gas half a mile from my home address, ordering pizza within the same town I live in, and purchasing a meal at a restaurant in the town next to where I live. They also send text messages. If I didn't know they were working for my bank, I would swear they were scammers based on the horrible grammar & misspellings in their texts - including completely misspelling my name. I've been with my bank for decades but I'm seriously considering switching if I can find a local bank that doesn't use Fiserv.

They took money that was not authorized $5000.00 from our account. Given the run around now trying to get it back to pay bills. That is alot of money for a small company to have taken out of our account when we closed the account and already paid in full .This amount was not any amount owed. Just a random amount they said was a clerical error.

I have owned and operated a smoke shop utilizing the Clover Point of Sale for almost two years. On February 14th our client reward services stopped working. At 3:45PM the following day (Feb 15th) we received an email stating that due to a new marketing partnership they are no longer offering client services to smoke shops. On February 21st I called their rewards sector at 844-***-1275 to try and retrieve a database or spreadsheet of all of our clients and their points balance. I was told they would be unable to provide what I asked for. I asked to speak to a superior and was denied. I then stated that MANY people have spent tens of thousands of dollars at our store and have racked up many points. When I asked "What do I tell my clients?" I was told "I don't know". This is an unacceptable rug pull on an entire industry with ZERO heads up and they need to be held accountable. I will immediately be looking for a new POS to use.

Responded to email provided as follows (REDACTED):This is in regard to case number 11926912.MID#: ********Business Name: *** (*** LLC)Business Address: ***My name is *** and I own ***, a smoke shop.Week before, tuesday, our customer ******************** stopped working with no explanation. Wednesday at 3:45PM our accountant received an email stating Clover would no longer be offering client services to smoke shops due to a new marketing partnership. This is fine, but our clients come first and we have many that have spent upwards of $10,000 at my store, so not retaining point balances could really hurt me and my client base.I called Clover Rewards support, and was told there was nothing they could do, when asked what I should tell my clients I got "I don't know" as an answer. My business partner reached out and was told we would get a file with that info in ***** hours, instead we got an email stating we could retrieve this info from inside Rewards -> Rewards History through the dashboard. The thing is, when our client services were removed, so was the button.I feel they knew this when sending that email, I also feel there has been little regard for our clients and our well being as a company. No forewarning is also unacceptable. For a client based service I would assume there would be more care for the clients down the road as well.If we could get 24hrs access into our rewards system to retrieve them ourselves that would be fine, I'll add up every client's balance by hand if need be. Either way, my clients come first, thus their point balances do too.Thank you for your time and any help you can provide.
