      Clover is awful, there is no clear communication, they keep canceling calls, and keep you guessing on what is going on. Our troubles began when we started using them to process money, we clearly stated our processing volume and frequency and it was going well for a moment until they stopped depositing money (08/01/2023) that we were processing due to some arbitrary security risk. After a month of calls and emails with the manager (Who couldn't do anything by "escalate the problem"), we got an answer from the *********************** They sent me roughly half of the processed funds $36,067.25 on 09/01/2023 and stated that they need to hold the rest for "security" or we can close the account and have the rest of $38,466.27 to be released in 60 days. We opted to cancel the account and not deal with this company anymore. We also received this message though one of the managers: "The funds $38,466.27 will remain on hold for at least 60 days to mitigate any risk to Fiserv, please inquire after 11/12 on the release of funds with through the risk communication box or the merchant can call customer service who will send the request to risk." After waiting for 60 days we have scheduled a call with the Security Risk rep. (11/13/2023) who assured me that the request was made that day and we should have the funds released within ***** hours. By 11/15/2023 we had not received any funds, so we scheduled another call with them for 11/16/2023. On the day of the call, it was Canceled by security risk Cancellation Reason: review is closed. No additional email, no funds. That day we scheduled another call for 11/20/2023, and again the call was canceled, Cancellation Reason: review is closed. No additional email, no funds.Support cannot give me an answer, saying that only the Risk Team can do that. You can't call them, and they cancel any scheduled calls. No answers, no calls, no communication from them. We have no idea where is our money and when/if it will be released.

      I am with business for so long. Lately they tried to rob me by telling my processing machine is obsolete and needed to be changed. I thought it was true and they quickly sent me a new machine which i never use then whey withdraw more than $ 1000 from my account without letting me know. I have to fight fight before they even refund $800 and the refused to refund the remaining. This is last two months fight and today with surprise they withdraw $ 361 and when I called them they said restocking fee. I told them if they don't refund me they will hear from me. Be aware of scam

      This company (Clover) is a scam, they said that 3 of the deposit my company received were higher then our daily average so they put the funds on hold on 10/20 when I called back on 10/23 they told me that they decided to close the account and they would be releasing my funds and I would receive them with one 24/48 hours. I still did not receive my funds on 10/26 so I called them back and they said that there was an issue but the funds were release I should be receiving them back on tomorrow 10/27. Tomorrow came and I still did not receive the funds and they said that there was a delay on their end and I would be receiving the funds by 10/30 or 10/31 at the latest and I dont need to worry.Today 10/31 I called and they said that they were not sure who I spoke to and that there has been no attempt on there end to send the money to bank account and they were not sure because that is handled by a different department and the best she could do is send them an email but could not provide me with their contact info.Now Im sitting here with my thumb up my A$$ and have no clue what to do or who to talk to and they are holding my $8835 with no timeframe of when I will get it back. Im a SMB owner and not having this money is really going to out me a hole. Please please stay away from this company.

      I have been trying to deal with Fiserv, Inc. to inquire why I'm on the match list. I have only had one transaction the card my client gave was stolen so he cancelled it. I have literally been on hold for 3.5 hours to try and speak to someone.

      My credit union uses Fiserv for their online Bill Pay service. Any time I have a problem with my bill payment, the credit union tells me I have to contact "Bill Pay" directly. But when I call "Bill Pay" they can never verify my account. I thought they just had my date of birth entered incorrectly. But it turns out that they have the wrong dob and the wrong bank account number for me and have my real bank account number linked only to my husband, who is the joint owner of the account. And the account on their end, which has my actual account number, shows no bill pay transactions, even though I use the online bill pay feature all the time. Those transactions are instead associated with the account they have under my name, with some made up bank account number and some default date of birth - both of which they won't disclose to me so I can, maybe one day, verify my identity with them and actually get somewhere when I call them for customer service. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told I'd have to hold 45-60 minutes. When I asked what the actual name of this company was, I had to ask twice before the rep finally identified them as Fiserv. What a messed up, shady company this is. I am not comfortable with them having any access to my banking information, given all the awful reviews on this site. I've asked my credit union to end their relationship with Fiserv as their bill pay provider and cited the 86 one-star reviews on the BBB as the reason, as well as my own experience with their incompetence.

      Fiserv, *** is the parent company of Clover. I had the brilliant idea of using Clover to place an order at an indian restaurant named "************************" located at ********************************************. Of couse, I paid in advance using the Clover user interface. When I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my food, the front desk person mentioned that they are not accepting Clover anymore since Clover hasn't paid them more than $30,000 in online orders. This is terrible for the business and mainly a scam. At this point I have no way to contact Clover to get my money back, since I never received the order at the restaurant. Businesses like this should not be allowed.

      This company is horrible. We are continually being charged for accounts that have been closed, I have spoken to people, left messages and emails and NOONE is giving me correct information and now I'm being told, after being billed for this closed account for 4 months, that we will have to pay an early cancellation fee. It's laughable really. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!ZERO STARS

      Absolutely horrific experience. I used the Clover for 1 day and it was such a terrible experience. Customer service was aweful, my rates doubled after that first day to install basic necessities for any restaurant in order for this to work for me, then found out there is no trial period and I can’t find anyone to talk to about cancelling. Crooked crooked crooked and I was lied to. I was told to switch because of all the money I would save and to “not worry about my other system they would take care of that”….lie, not I have two POS and I can’t tell you which one I am most certainly not using. THIS ONE! Stay away folks! And if anyone can help me get out of this please please do!

      This company is absolutely appalling. The process of doing a simple name and bank change has been extremely difficult and lengthy. They are unclear in what documents they require to proceed after numerous attempts of giving them the required documentation (including a letter from our lawyer outlining all specifics required). Their lack of care for their business is reflected by their service. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
