      One ?? star is way too much for clover company. They are very nice when you were signing the contract but after that they never care about your business and never answer the phone ??. They always had issues on most restaurants busy time which is Friday and Saturday. I called the support division it let me take a least 3 hours some times more. You think about that, for restaurant workers on Friday and Saturday nights just call for ******* hours, are you guys kidding me? I just had 4year contract last month. What can I do so I only can do is wrote a review dont let other business owners use this company (clover).

      This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. It's been nothing but frustration for us as a small business who was forced to move to this company (whatever it is FiServ? CardPointe? CardConnect? BluePay?) by our new CRM platform (Nimble - avoid at all costs - owned by ****************** We worked previously with ******. Very archaic - but it worked. Not so with this platform where no one will even admit to working for a particular company and the customer service doesn't even exist. Even though we could see transactions going through, they stopped funding our account and didn't notify us. There is a reason that you see a one star rating here - and that's really because you can't rate it a zero. There are so many issues - but a funny one is that I'm getting a dummy report every week from FiServ addressed by name in the email to some random person and literally after talking to multiple people there, they can't figure out where it's coming from or how to turn it off so they said "ignore it". That's a laughable example among many more serious ones - but provides a good overview of what you will be dealing with you if you sign up with them.

      They hold your rewards points hostage under their CLOVER POS system. They refuse to provide it if we decide to no longer use their POS. Avoid Clover at all cost. The networks is always down. They also seem to be doing "upgrades" during peak hours. Their customer support it located in India and they do not know how the CLOVER system works. POS comes to you bare bones. You have to pay for "apps" to use certain features. They do this to trick you into thinking their prices are low. Once the POS system fails, usually every 6 months, they make it a pain to get a replacement. Each time, the phone call takes 3 hours and you are switched from department to department. As a small business owners with 3 stores, avoid CLOVER at all cost. They will make your life a pain dealing with the system, the support etc.

      Fiserv AKA Clover has frustrated me and my business, I am a small business trying hard to be better, i charged a customer on clover POS and they held this fund for the past 1 month. I have submitted all proofs and cleared by the risk department. I call customer service every day and nothing was done. All they tell me is tell they will have someone call me in 1-2 days. I have a loan i am servicing and Fiserv would not release my money.

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The funds were released on 1/23/24. Deposit's normally takes 1-2 business days from that date. The decision was made to exit the processing relationship due to excessive declines on a single card.

      You will never get your money back! I have funds being held and they wont release it! call multiple time since last year May, after multiple phone calls and emails asking for at least a chance to communicate with the risk department, no one ever responded! Told me to wait 3-5 business days. The account was closed 7/28/22! I waited over a year with no solutions! Poor customer support! The last conversation was on 1/16 and they reconfirmed I still have over 15K of funds and they just won't release it! I will keeping calling in! But at this point I think I'll rather have an attorney take half of the money then no money at all!

      I had a levy attached to my account. When the issue was resolved, I was unable to have the money released by Fiserv. I am unable to talk to the same person twice, I have been told the issue would be expedited, it has now been 3 months, and no response.

      This Business is horrible I’ve been overcharged for an account that isn’t mines and I sent in a complaint Oct, 2nd 2023. They still have not resolved this issue or reimbursed me. When I call for an update, they give you the run around and tell you they will have someone call you in 1-2 days . You never receive a call back . They tell you it’s under investigation, huh 3 months. These companies are making millions and never stop to fix they’re wrong. Taking advantage of millions of people daily.

      I had an issue regarding BILLPAY that I was trying to resolve. I suspected fraudulent activity on my account so it was blocked when I reported it. I was told how to notify BILLPAY so that the bills set ** in bill pay would be paid. This did not happen and Fiserv said that I was charging them to an inactive account and they had paid and now I owe them. As I was trying to resolve the issue I spoke to an agent who bullied me and intimidated me like anything I had ever experience in my eighty years. She did not let me explain. She shut me down at any attempt and forced me to only answer her questions. This was obviously elderly abuse and intimidation and intentional, because at the end of the conversation when I did not respond she commented that "It must be time for bingo". This is unacceptable behavior and the agent should be fired.

      Clover: If you are considering their services, read the negative reviews below, then multiply that by 1000. Clover is still worse than that! This is a disreputable outfit. Their customer service is below non-existant. Clover has billed me incorrectly for months, will not answer calls, will tell you that there's an investigation being opened on your behalf, etc., etc. It's all BS. Clover doesn't care, just wants to rip you off. If you care about doing business the American way, with integrity, stay away from this corrupt outfit. If I could give a lower than 1 star review, I would.

      LITERALLY the worst company I have ever worked with. ZERO communication, no customer service help (every time I call about an issue, they tell me they will have someone "call me back".). My Rep who I was put in touch with was always OOO. When I was set up with my account, no one ever went over the terms or conditions with me... therefore, shipping me a device that was never set up correctly, then proceeded to charge me $900 (!!!!) for it! I canceled the device within 4 days of having it, and they have still charged me and have told me that I "own" the product and am denied for refund or return. HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!
