      I placed a preorder last year for a bobblehead set. Because it was a preorder, it wasn't going to ship for many months. I then contacted the store and told them ai wanted to cancel before it shipped. They responded saying it was too late to cancel. When the *** man showed up, I refused delivery. The tracking number shows it was successfully refused. I have been trying to get in contact with the owners for months with no response to my emails

      I purchased 3 pre-order Bobbleheads from National Bobblehead *** on 09/03/22. I paid using affirm. I canceled my order on 10/10/22 before they even shipped. I continued my payments to Affirm as instructed until my refund was processed. I ended up paying in full with no refund. I contacted ****** who informed me that they were unable to send refund until *** store released it. I have called the *** store multiple times and always have the same guy answer. For months now he keeps telling my I'll see my refund on Friday. I'm sick of the awful so called customer service. I want my refund. It's been over 5 months already. This place is a scam.

      I paid $35 for a specifically selected bobblehead. However, what was delivered was NOT what I was expecting. The outer display box had incorrect university colors to match the selected item's university. This may not be an issue for some, but it IS the display box for this bobblehead. I contacted the Bobblehead HOF and informed them of this. I told them I would be returning it and asked for a return label; I was refused.I paid $11.75 via **** to ship this item back. My current 'investment' has increased to $46.75 ($35+$11.75). After the return was processed, I received a refund of only $27; short $19.75 of my total 'investment' in this transaction.Bottom line, I was sent an item that was not as what was expected. This is not buyers remorse it is a simple order issue of not getting what was expected during the ordering process. As such, due to no fault of mine, I should not have to be out of pocket for any amount from this transaction.Attached is an email I sent requesting a full refund, which was not responded to. Also attached is a receipt from **** to ship the item back.All I want is all monies I spent on this purchase to be refunded to me. Due to this issue not being the fault of the consumer, I should receive a full and complete refund, including my cost to ship the item back.

      Attached are 2 files which contain email exchanges between Bobblehead HOF and myself.
       
      Email from Bobblehead => This email was received on 9/26 with an 'offer' to apply a credit of $8 to my credit card.  However, they 'sort of' agreed to pay the other amount of $11.75, but fell short of a commitment on both amounts.
       
      Email to Bobblehead => I responded (for a 2nd time) on 10/8, sent same message on 9/26 but no response.  In this message I clearly request the $8 refund to be put onto my credit card with the $11.75 sent to me in a check.  To date, I have not received a reply from either message sent on 9/26 and again on 10/8, nor have I received a credit for $8 or a check for $11.75.
       
      This is a TERRIBLE way to do business. Incorrect order and not taking responsibility to correct their mistake.  I have done business with them in the past, but after this debacle I may not in the future.

      An additional followup on this case.
      I have received a credit on my credit card for the $8 but am still awaiting a refund amount of $11.75.

      Hi,

      We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the item, and apologize for the delayed response. We issued a refund for the full amount and issued a check (Check #****) for the shipping charge of $11.75. The check was deposited  and two credits were issued totaling the full amount of the purchase ($35). We have attached the order page showing the refunds and the screenshot indicating the check was deposited on 11/25.
