      I ordered a bobblehead in November, and I contacted them numerous times about when shipping will happen, i was told different dates each time. the last time i was told it will be shipped the end of February, that didn't happen. i have emailed about 6 times, no respounce, so far i am out 58 dollars and have no bobblehead..... this should be looked into!!!*********************** ***************************************************** email ********************

      This complaint is in regards to order *******. I bought four bobbleheads and Denver ****** *********************** was broken. His trophy was not attached to his body. I have called Jan 26, 31, Feb 11th, 13, and 14th. I talk to the same employee every time who has no supervisor and said he would tell somebody about the issue. The first email suggests that I glue the trophy back onto the body with a unknown refund amount. That's not my responsibility to glue your product back together. The last email reply was Jan 31 promising a return label that I still don't have. At this point I need a replacement with a return label or a full refund. Thanks.

      I ordered from this business a set of *************** mystery bobbleheads. Through the tracking of the package, I saw that it was sent to a post office downtown ***********. I went to that post office to claim my package. The postal clerk checked and they did not have the package, but that the other post office in the zip code did. I called that post office who said they would check on it and get back to me. I followed up with the 2nd post office a week later as I heard nothing from them. I found out that the package was incorrectly addressed, and that they searched the post office and did not have the package. I have relayed such information to the business but they are ignoring these facts, stating that I need to pick it up or have it delivered. I would love to be able to do such things if I only could. The whereabouts of the package are as much of a mystery as the bobbleheads that I ordered.

      I ordered this bobblehead for a christmas back on October 14 and after a number of calls to the company I got several excuses why they never delivered it. Since it was meant to be a christmas gift I finally cancelled the order on December *********************************************************************** 10 business days. When that didn't happen there were more calls and excuses why they couldn't process the card credit but it would happen any day. I do get daily spam emails from them wanting me buy other bobbleheads.

      They are a scam. I placed an order in February and have not received my merchandise. After badgering them for 3 months, they promised my refund THREE times and I have not received it. They know the process. They wait until the credit card companies won't intervene and then make empty promises. I lost $192.50. The items did not appear as backorder, nor was I initially informed of any delays. I finally inquired and was told that there was a delay that would be resolved in May. The items have still not arrived, even though I was STRONGLY encouraged to continue waiting. This is completely unacceptable. Others have filed similar complaints. This is a business practice, apparently. They should lose their credit rating and credit card companies should not sponsor them as a legitimate merchant. You cannot seek a resolution, not even in situations such as this, after 60 days. I had no idea until my bank told me that.

      Hello. I filed a complaint with BBB regarding the Bobblehead National Hall of Fame scamming people - taking money and not delivering merchandise. There are many complaints regarding this practice with this company. After contacting BBB, I immediately received an email that my order had been cancelled. It reflected the correct refund amount, but I have yet to get my refund.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



      I would like them identified for fraudulent business practices. There are too many instances of customers having to battle for refunds after merchandise has not been received. I understand that they may be struggling and cash strapped, but that burden shouldn't be placed on the customer without full disclosure. A customer shouldn't have to wait months and months for their merchandise and the items shouldn't appear as "available" when they aren't. They sell them and then notify that it'll be delayed. You assume delay is days or weeks, not months. They know that the credit card companies won't reverse the charges after 60 days. So, they (NBHOF) push the customer out, with empty promises, beyond that 60-day point. I made call after call and email after email and they kept promising delivery until I asked for a full refund. Then, they still tried to claim the merchandise was coming. I still demanded a refund.

      In February 2023, i purchased a set of HBCU Bobbleheads, after numerous emails requesting a delivery date, I've only received promises of delivery and to this date I still haven't received any of the items purchased. On July 11, 2023, I was told that I would receive a refund for the items purchased but as yet have not received.

      I finally heard from the National Bobblehead Museum, instead of refunding the money directly to me they instead sent it to Affirm; they in turn stated a check was sent September 9,2023.

      My order #******* placed on Jan 16th, 2023 has not been shipped and I requested a refund. After many calls and emails I received a confirmation email on June 15th but no refund. I called back numerous times and received numerous emails but my account has not been credited. Each time I call this business they lie to me. I wish to be refunded $44.00 for resolution to this issue.

      I placed a preorder with this company and after a few months decided to just cancel the order and get a refund. They said they would refund within 10 business days and it has been well over the 10 business days and I can't even get them to ***********. I feel they should refund the entire amount as well as maybe give one of the bobbleheads for free because of the hassle and time I have spent trying to get this resolved. I have attached the email conversations as well.

      i placed an order for two bobbleheads on april 1, there was a wait as they were not in stock.So on april 18 i emailed i would like to cancel the order as i was going out of town.they e-mailed me back the same day and said they accepted my cancellation and would be *************************************************************** my acct, i called them and said they had just recorded the cancellation on the april 27 and would be anothe 10 business days. again i never got my ***** refund and on May 10 he told me it would be back in my acct. May 12 (fri) which is today, again i called and he put me on hold for ever and he said he couldnt get ahold of the person that does the refund. so he said he would call me back in 1 hr. i dont know what kind of business does this.

      We apologize for the issue with your order. We cancelled the order on April 27th, but for some reason, the refund didn't go through. We escalated the issue on May 12th and the refund was processed on that day. See the attached file confirming the refund was successfully processed.
