1 starBlau installed a new water heater in my home in 2020. The water heater failed in 2024, was under warranty from the manufacture, so no cost to them to replace. Blau came out to replace it, noting it would be a very simple replacement since only 2 couplings needed to be replaced along with the new water heater. They charged me $1200.00 for two hours of work that all other respectable and responsible companies would have charged between $160 and $200 per hour. Also broke a storm window in the basement as they brought in the new one, never offered to pay for the replacement, only told me "ACE hardware can replace that". I brought my concerns to Blau directly and they failed to even respond or reach out. This company will cheat you out of what ever they can and lie to you as they do it I advise you to seek business elsewhere.Review fromJJ S

Have worked with Blau for years. They have been very responsive when we have needed them. They have also been supportive with maintenance. They discuss the work proposed so it is easily understood. Very professional and friendly.Blau Plumbing, Inc.

1 starThey came to my home to clear my main sewer drain ultimately after about an hour and $500 later the tech told me my pipes were broken and wanted me to call a contractor friend to fix the pipes. I thought better of it and had an another company clear the problem. I complained to Blau and wrote a letter with an invoice from the other plumbing establishment to prove my pipes were not broken. I was hoping to get some sort of credit for their error in their professional judgement.. No word back from Blau or credit after 2 months. Not even an apology. Thank goodness I didn’t believe their tech and followed my gut instinct.
