      What a hateful and bigoted owner this business has! Made the mistake of checking their website for a product and there is an entire page spreading hate, divisiveness, and discrimination. Shockingly inappropriate in the 2020s.

      Great products and great customer service. I've had all of my purchases shipped, and in one of my recent packages, two of the jars had loose lids and there were spices spilled in the box. When I reached out to Penzey's, they immediately shipped out replacement jars of the spices, plus some extra trial size bags. I've been very happy with all of the spices I've tried and will be buying from them a lot in the future!

      No longer shop there. Good spices available from other online businesses at lower cost. Although the owner has toned down his political attacks, it still is very unprofessional and poor business practice. I actually question the mental health of him. I don't need to be insulted by a business.

      Reviews based on dislike of the owner's politics and not the products are childish. Penzeys spices are a must-have for my conservative family members because they are excellent and the staff is always helpful and friendly. My liberal heart loves everything about Penzeys and my conservative family loves their pepper and garlic.Penzeys rocks!!!

      I bought spices from this store and would have recommended until I read about the “Republican Party” rant on their website.. Inappropriate and unprofessional. I won’t be giving them my business again.

      The owner of this business is a disgrace. He uses his email list to spout off his hate speech. I unsibscribed and won't buy from them. Vote with your dollars people.

      Loved the spices for years, but the anger and hate spewing out of the owner was like a punch in the stomach. I have no idea why is he so angry, but that doesn't combine well with business. If he wants to use his business for a political soapbox for his values and beliefs, that is his business. I suspect he will implode it from the inside out at his present rate of escalation. As for me, I am supporting other businesses and I will never buy from him again. There is so much anger and partisan division already - why add to it? Why not work on healing it? Instead he chose to rename MLK Day with his own hate-filled name. It's soul-crushing to be exposed to it.
