    I was referred to Haul Bikes by High Desert Harley Davidson in Idaho after my motor had a catastrophic failure on June 22, 2022. I was looking for a way to get my bike home after having to fly back to Virginia. I was quoted over the phone, and on my email quote that the bike would be delivered by July 18th, 2022 and was assured that this was more of an over estimate and it probably wouldn't take that long. My bike was not picked up until a couple days past that date, and not delivered until August 10. The service was absolutely ridiculous. I was shoved the delivery papers before I was even able to look over my bike and the delivery guy tried to tell me to tie my bike down by the bottom of the forks on my truck??? Like what? Shows how much they actually know about shipping motorcycles. I should not have trusted that dealerships recommendation and I wished I read these reviews before shipping my bike with Haul Bikes. I was disappointed and frustrated at how long it took to get my bike back. The lady I spoke with over the phone was also very rude and seemed like she was annoyed that I was even calling when I set up my shipping arrangements and also the couple times I called to check up on my bike. I am absolutely disgusted with how much I paid for this service and the service I received.
