    Poor customer service. From the time after I paid them it turned from customer service to No or rude customer service. It took weeks longer to get the back delivered. Driver that was delivering from *** ***** called me only real support so far. He said the battery is dead. Here is the bad. It left the Harley dealer with a brand new battery and a full inspection. One or more of there drivers left the power on and drained the battery. When I called them they said we don’t cover batteries. So they can damage your electrical system due to neglect and all people I talked to said we don’t cover batteries. I will never use or recommend this company actually will share my experience with everyone im I contact with.

    Haulbikes is the absolute worst shipper I have ever seen. They have taken ten weeks, so far, getting my son's brand new CBR600RR from ********* to **********, AND ITS STILL NOT HERE! They called today...again....and delayed it another week, even though THEY say the driver is 30 minutes away from this location. I am considering suing at this point.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. These ************* kept my bike for over 9 weeks and STILL wont release it. Filing police report tomorrow to find the trailer as they cannot give any update. Hoping there is no damage on the bike as I will be filing a lawsuit otherwise. I demanded to intercept the trailer and they wont give info. I will get my bike back at any cost.

    Never ever again. Dont do it Was quoted 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Took over seven weeks and the bike was delivered with thousands of dollars in damage. Now, waiting over 60 days when quoted no more than 30 days just for them to make a decision on whether I deserve money to fix my bike or not: I'm being ignored, manager wont talk to me and "they can't give out his direct number." I would never use haul bikes or ever recommend them to anyone. I shouldve just flown one way and brought the bike back myself. Awful, dishonest and criminal company.

    On 6 July, I contracted haulbikes.com to move a motorcycle from ***** to ****************. It is now 14 August and bike not delivered. They will NOT tell you when youll get your bike. It literally could be indefinite they move bikes from terminal to terminal. NOT DAILY or DIRECT as company logo states. I am now stuck with this outfit and facing legal recourse. There is no professional conflict resolution interest on there part

    I just used HaulBikes to ship a motorcycle from ******** ** to ********** **. HaulBikes was on time, very responsive to all communication requests to keep me updated on progress and delivered the bike as promised. It was my first time using a motorcycle shipper and I am very impressed.

    Getting bad vibes. Even the quote department is a struggle. I checked BBB and learned through other people's mistakes that they are a poor choice. I have never even seen a one star business before. CLOSE CALL!

    Check the last review to see if it is real, 5 Stars?Contracted with this company 2 months ago. After 3 pickup dates changes and being told the bike was picked up (it was still in the garage) it was finally picked up from ********** over 2 weeks ago to transport to ******. I asked recently where the bike was, no response as of today. I have to say Hollywood J might have had the exception or family.I have to agree with ****************, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!False promises, lies on commitments, and now no communication on where the **** bike is. Beware, BBB needs to investigate them.

    Best Shipper in the states!
    Our dealership has been using HaulBikes for almost a decade and they are the best.
    Thousands of bikes shipped with them and they are completely trust worthy and dependable.
    I have shipped my own person bikes with them.
    This is the only company I would trust to move a $40k bike.
    Their cost is well worth the short wait to ship. Complains I see in here are truly unwarranted and false/exaggerated.

    Absolutely terrible!!! If there was a negative star I would give it!! This place is a joke...I should have looked at the other reviews....I was suppose to get my bike picked up no later than 5/28/2023...Here I am sitting on 5/30/2023 and bike hasn't been picked up or no communication...when I did find a legitimate company to deal with I called to cancel and they said I would be charged $100....for what? They are the ones who didn't deliver on their promise. So now they get $100 for doing absolutely nothing...this place is a sham!!! Never do any business with them!!!
