If I could give this company no stars, I would. A friend and I moved from ****** to ************. We left on 3/31/23. We were told that our motorcycles (two Harley Davidsons) would be picked up between 3/31 and 4/10. We arrived in Jacksonville on 4/5. We then called to see if the bikes were picked up because they had to be left with a friend. After going back and forth with this company, the finally arrived on 4/14 to pick up the bikes. After speaking with the driver, he stated the bikes were on their way to the Oklahoma warehouse and he could not give us an expected delivery date. We then contacted the dispatch office (Ruth) and she stated that latest delivery of the bikes would be on 4/28/23. Today is 4/24/23 so I called this morning to get an update on when the bikes would be delivered this week and guess what, they're still sitting in Oklahoma and expected delivery is now 5/5 through 5/7. This company is a scam and I am about to contact the WI AG's office in regards to their business practices. They have lied to us through every step of the process and are NOT an honest or decent company at all. DO NOT waste your time or money on them. They do nothing but lie overpromise and under deliver. If our motorcycles are not here by 4/28 as promised, we will be contacting the Attorney Generals office.

The dealerships I spoke to are no longer recommending Haul Bikes to their customers. I received my bike damaged. According to Haul Bikes, they picked it up that way. The dealership that released the bike did not have anything to show from Haul Bikes at pickup. The dealership said it was not damaged. I filed a claim with Haul Bikes and told it could take up to 90 days. The claim was denied. I asked on multiple inspections for the inspection checklist at both pickup and delivery locations (both Harley Davidson dealerships). I was not furnished with either document despite my efforts. I was provided a video that was recorded a day after pickup from the dealership at an unknown location reflecting the damage. When I questioned Haul Bikes about the dates and accuracy of the video, I was told the decision was final. I informed the Harley Owners Group Corporate Headquarters about my experience with Haul Bikes so that they know when recommending bike transporters to members.

I would advise anyone not to use Haul Bikes if they want their motorcycle in any reasonable amount of time. I contracted them on 12-02-22 to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. You have to pay them upfront. they said they would pick it up between 12-10 and 12-13-22. They picked it up on 12-14-22. It went from Colorado to Oklahoma City where it sat for 3 weeks. After several phone calls for a status update, on 1-19-23 I found it arrived at the Harrisburg terminal on 1-14-23. According to their "estimate," it should have arrived at my dealership by 12-29-22. On 1-20-23 I was told it would be delivered between 1-31-23 and 2-03-23. When I called today 2-02-23 it was now pushed to 2-08-23 and 2-10-23. I was told part of the problem was the weather. If it had not sat in Oklahoma or Harrisburg for weeks at a time weather would not have been a factor. I asked the woman who answered the phone today about some kind of refund for the delay. When I got home the was a message on my answering machine. She said that the manager said they do not give refunds. I am now trying to figure out my next steps.

I would give zero stars. Never Use these guys unless you want to wait months to get your bike moved!!! I ordered a pick up on December 13th and was told my pick up window was December 27th-29th. I was never notified that this pick up was cancelled. I had to call and was told that it was cancelled and the new pick up was January 3rd-6th. I was then notified that date had been cancelled as well and that there was no new update on a pick up time. When I called they were rude and stated that any pick up is an estimate and not guaranteed (by the contract). Beware that these guys don't care and if you want your money back they charge a $100 cancellation fee. This is the worst company to deal with-never again!!

If I could give them a zero star I would.
They sold me on a pick up date and a reasonable delivery date so I paid the up front fee. They pushed off the pick up twice and picked up 2 weeks later. My bike is still sitting in the warehouse in Pennsylvania where it was picked from. It’s been a month now. They put me on hold and then hung up on me after holding for 27 minutes and now they won’t/can’t give me a delivery date. “Supply chain” issues was the last reason.
I told them I wanted to cancel and they said I’d have to pay a fee of $350 to do so. Now I’m just stuck waiting. Please do yourself a huge favor and don’t use this company. It’s bordering on criminal what they do. Lie to get your money and then tell you basically you’ll get your bike when we can get it to you.

We were mislead from the start of our transaction. We contacted Haul bikes to ship 2 motorcycle from Idaho to Tennessee. With the agreed price of $1,593.00 which seemed reasonable at the time because we were told all pick up dates and delivery dates were set in stone. Our pick up window was August 23rd - Sept 2nd. And our delivery date to TN was September 16th. It is now past the 16th of September and my motorcycles aren’t even to Vegas yet. The route is from pick up to Vegas, to Oklahoma, to Tennessee. When I asked if I can just fly to Vegas and pick my bikes up, they said they could only do a $200 refund. Come to find out afterwards that all pick up and delivery dates are only estimates and there is nothing they can do. Our sales representative Brittney A. willingly chose to leave that information out and told us the exact opposite when we were going and over the contract. I urge anyone who is thinking about shipping motorcycles through this company to just go rent a Uhaul and move the bikes yourselves and save yourselves the headache of trying to deal with them.

Very I'll run company. My motorcycle was picked up on August 11th and taken to Milwaukee,WI. It's been there for almost a month and they still have no idea when it will be delivered. I get the feeling it's going to be a long wait.

Daily Direct Haul Bikes After researching my options and being assured multiple times by multiple sales agents that my bike would be delivered at the destination between July 18 and August 1, 2022. I contracted Daily Direct Haul Bikes to ship my bike from Western Kentucky to New Hampshire for a ride my wife and I were taking beginning on August 6, 2022 in Manchester NH. The contract was signed on June 14 and stated the bike would be picked up between June 16 and June 26. My bike was picked up July 3. On Monday July 25 (one week before latest delivery date) I called DDHB to see how things were going and confirm that my bike would be delivered in time. First they said estimated delivery date is August 8-10, when I informed them that was AFTER I would be leaving New Hampshire and would not work they immediately said the estimated delivery date was August 6-8, STILL on or after my departure date and not acceptable. They told me that was just an estimated date and there was nothing they could do. The bike had been sitting in their warehouse in Harrisburg PA for some time and they could not get it the last 400 miles on time even though they have small trailers and pick up trucks at their Harrisburg location. I changed our flights, took more time from work, paid $200 to rent a car to go 90 miles to their warehouse and had to pay for three extra nights in hotels to get my bike to the original starting point to have tires put on that I had already paid for. Daily Direct Haul Bikes never even cared enough to allow me to speak to a manager even though I requested many times. In the end they credited me $145 for not being able to fulfill their end of our agreement. I was trying not to have to take more time off work and incur more expenses but I would have been better off to have just planned from the start to take the extra few days and rode from the start. Daily Direct Haul Bikes is a terribly run company that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.
