      Sent me the wrong item, then expected me to ship it back when the original item was out of stock. So I don't get my order and now have a chore to do. 0/10 never again.

      Placed an order on a Saturday and almost a week later it still hasn't shipped. Called customer service to get a timeline on how long it takes to process the order and 45 minutes later was still on hold waiting to talk to someone. Sent an email. If I don't hear back in 48 hours, I'm going to dispute the charge. This is not how a reputable company should be doing business.

      Did not received all of my order. Tried calling the customer service number was on the line one hour, no answer. No packing slip in box. Emailed them with no reply. Will not be ordering from them EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Placed an order on November 12. Received an email that order on the way November 18 with a tracking number. Each time I have looked at tracking info, no change shows ship label created **** awaiting item in ******* on November 14. Have tried to call company twice each time on hold 1st time over 25 minutes and 2nd time 15 minutes...finally hung up. Did an online chat, was a computer, gave them order# it came back same info I had. Typed that I wanted to chat with an agent, ok we'll get someone for you...waited and waited of course that didn't happen. Sent an email said best thing to do so they'd have a record of our conversation was to call, well as I mentioned earlier those phone calls where a joke!! Terrible shipping and awful communication. I have ordered many things from this company, but want anymore!!

      I found some clothing that works for me from Duluth. I made multiple orders in September, 2024. All items were "piece meal" shipped from different locations. There were many charges on my credit card. I returned what didn't work for me to a local DTC location. The employee who did one of my returns stated that it looked like the shirt I was returning hadn't been delivered yet. I asked him if it was a problem. He said it was a problem on DTC's end, not mine, and handled the refund. I didn't think twice about it. A month after I initially placed the order, I got an email that this particular shirt was on the way. I thought they must have made an error. Then I noticed that my credit card was charged in October. I knew I didn't order anything, so I disputed the charge. Then the fun started. I've been harrassed continually over email that I owe them $32.09 for a shirt I already paid for and got refunded for. I attempted to place a small order in November, 2024, and got another email that they cancelled my order because I owe $64.19. What? The original shirt was half that cost. Some of the customer service reps over email were extremely rude to me, as if this situation was my fault. I am the customer. I shopped, I provided my credit card, and they messed up. If they messed up, they should have contacted me to let me know that my card would be charged ONE MONTH after I ordered something and had already returned it. Get it together, Duluth Trading Company. Learn how to talk to and treat your customers. You're terrible. I'll find somewhere else to shop. If I could give Duluth Trading Company zero starts, I would to just that.

      Worst online ordering experience Ive EVER had. Plus poor clothing purchased from store: the sizing is terrible because even the same exact items purchased previously are 1-2 times larger in size now. And that was AFTER the previous purchases were stretched out from wear. The website was constantly malfunctioning. A very large order didnt go through. The items then cost more on the website when trying to reorder. In order to get the order with the same pricing for the items, the order would have had to be placed over the phone items one by one at a time. ***. It was 20 minutes on the phone just for them to pull up the order because they had to resubmit my entire profile information because THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO THAT OVER THE PHONE. Over an hour wasted of my time just to redo an order because their company is crap?!?! And for them to make a ton of money without proper infrastructure and a functioning website - in 2024(!!!) - and garbage customer service?! How is this c*** still in business?

      I ordered 5 pairs of underwear from Duluth. 1 pair was lost in shipping. Duluth charged me shipping and tax on top of the shipping error! I noticed their website states free shipping on over $50. I have now waited 11 days to get the remainder of my refund for THEIR SHIPPING ERROR!! This is the worst company to get your money back, this company has known for 11 days that the product was lost and that I was charged shipping. I will NEVER do business with this company again! Fooled me once, but not again.

      Online, your banner says 30% off everything. I went to the boots and found what I wanted, and it said that item wasn't included in the sale. (Born **** boots). I chatted with someone from Duluth online and they said only Duluth items are included in the sale. The banner specifically says EVERYTHING on sale. This is false advertising, just to get people to their store to shop. I refuse shop at this store since they obviously have no sense of the word everything, and I don't think they should be allowed to get away with this!

      They handle things very poorly in my mind. I made an order it was 86.10. Not a big order but because my order was being field by 2 warehouses they broke up the billing to be 51.66 and 34.44. No problem but they didn't tell me that so when I saw the charge I stopped it. Because my credit card was still saying 86.10. When I finally got ahold of someone at duluth I had them charge the 34.44. So I would still be getting my items. Then they doubled charged me 34.44 not the end of the world. But now it has to be investigated before I get my money back. Terrible, it should be an easy fix not a 10 to 15 business day investigation. They with drawn money off my credit card twice for one order it should take 15 min to do a reimbursement. I will not be ordering from duluth again at this point I don't care about the product just give me my money back. The 34.44 I paid for the product and the 34.44 you charged a second time.
