      Ordered 1 shirt as a gift. On the order confirmation email I noticed I had selected the wrong size. Mind you, I checked the acknowledgment immediately. I was told by customer service via phone that orders could not be changed or cancelled. They told me to call once I had my shirt and they would exchange. It is now a week later. Product has not even shipped and they are now sold out of the size I need. So now I need to do a return instead. Meanwhile they have my money the entire time. I wish they would have warned me that this process would take so long and that losing out on the product w ads real possibility. Had I known I would have reordered right away, and just returned the original product. Customer service did not recommend this route. And I am out both product and money. I don’t even know when I will get my wrong product.

      Placed an online order 8 days ago and still hasn't shipped... can't seem to get any responses from customer service.. this is the first and last time I'll order from this company

      I wish I would have look at all these reviews before I ordered online. As a X-Executive of a major company, Duluth Trading needs a major overhauling. I can't even imagine what their sales and profits would be if they had just a little bit of customer service. Duluth Trading wake up to the 21st Century.

      Ordered expensive straw hat and some mens shorts. Straw hat was placed inside too small a box and just shoved in to force it to fit inside. Packer used bad judgement probably had a bad attitude towards having to work. Not happy with this kind of carelessness!

      ordered my wife a hopefully durable coat (unsure because im not sure ill ever get it). i paid for express shipping and handling. that was close to a week ago. it was supposed to deliver to me yesterday. because i had yet to see a ship confirmation email or anything i checked in on the order yesterday and despite them offering a status viewer my order apparently has no status. i emailed yesterday and got a generic response stating they would TRY to contact me back within 24h. i used their online bot to try to help. nothing basically the same as the order tracker. now waiting for a customer service agent which they ask for continual response or will auto disconnect within 2m. will absolutely NEVER purchase another anything from this company. i support distribution centers for a global retailer. yes we are all busy right now. ensuring customer paid express is a priority isnt rocket science. one star is generous. DO BETTER.

      I placed an order on a weekend, after 4 business days it hadnt shipped. I called the customer service phone number 3 times only to be put on hold for an extended period of time and to no avail. I will NOT ever order anything again from Deluth Trading Company.

      YOU KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE ORDER (anyone can take an order). YOU JUST DON’T KNOW HOW TO FILL THE ORDER !!! Duluth (Seinfeld version) I ordered items for our vacation a week in advance & paid for priority shipping $37.99. Ordered at Saturday, expecting it to be processed on Monday and shipped promptly due to priority shipping - emailed them - takes 48-72 go reply - called twice on Tuesday & Wednesday to check status - STILL BEING PROCESSED. I expected more from a reputable company. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I’m leaving early Saturday -so much for Duluth !!!

      On hold almost an hour to determine where my order was!!! I was sent an email immediately after ordering telling me to sit tight they were processing my order (for in store pickup) and I would be notified shortly. Two days pass and not a word! Tried to email and call. Never again! Time on hold 49:52!!!

      Horrible customer service. Charged my account, but no confirmation email or tracking number. Won’t answer phone, live chats or emails. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
