I ordered several items and some never came. I was continually told they were out of stock but would arrive by the date I needed them. They NEVER came. These were gifts and I was not notified they were not coming until the last minute! Duluths rationale is that this was OK since they were not charging me for those products. I feel like I was misled to believe the products were going to be coming even though they were not in stock. I do not plan to order from Duluth trading in the future if an item is needed by a specific date. I like their products but they are unreliable. I am now going to purchase ********. The products are just as good and I am more confident that when I order a product it will be shipped.Duluth Trading Company

I ordered 4 shirts with Duluth Trading in November of 2022. Two of the shirts that arrived were the wrong size and color, so I started a return with customer service. They sent me an e-mail with a link for a UPS return label, which I used. I shipped the return to Duluth within a day of receiving the UPS label. After a month of waiting for the refund to post to my credit card, I contacted Duluth Customer Service and was told they had not received the return package. I e-mailed Duluth Customer Service the tracking infomation I had for that shipment. Tracking showed that my package had been delivered to Duluth two and a half weeks earleir. I followed up with another call to Duluth Customer Service to confirm they had my e-mail, which they did. But the Customer Service rep told me that since they had no record of receiving the return, they would not process my credit card refund even with the UPS tracking that showed it had been delivered to Duluth. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told, "I am the supervisor and we are not giving you a refund." They then hung up on me. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. My credit card company credited my account for the amount of the returned items. I thought that ended things, but a week ago I placed a new order with Duluth. I just received an e-mail informing me that my order had beeen canceled due to an outstanding balance due in the amount that my credit card had correctly refunded to me a year ago. I like some of Duluth's products, but not enough to put up wiht this kind of shoddy customer service and treatment. If you buy something from them, you had better hope you don't need to return any of it, because they will ***** you over.Duluth Trading Company

I placed an order and it was enough to get free shipping, after the order was confirmed a page shows up that reads you cant change your order and that is items have to be shipped separately you will be charged for shipping, of course they are shipping in three different shipments so now I have been charged $18.20 for shipping, total scam! I will never order from them again! I dont understand why they have to ship 8 pair of underwear in three packages!Duluth Trading Company

Love the pants and quality of the material in their shirts butI purchased 3 shirts for my husband as a gift. All three were way too long for him so I wanted to exchange them. The style was just not right for him, they fit like he was wearing a nightshirt. I contacted Duluth and apparently you cant exchange items for a different style, only a different size or color of the same style. I was told that I had to pay to return the items and then place a new order for different styles. Now why would I want to pay for a return and then order something else that may not fit? Costly lesson. Buy on ****** and pay nothing for returns if the clothes dont fit.Duluth Trading Company

All the clothes I ordered were at least one size too big. When I went to return them, they wanted to charge $7.99 for shipping on one $65 item and they did not offer to give my sales tax back to me. I will never shop from them again.Duluth Trading Company

I have been charged for my order. I have an email confirmation of my order. The order I received is not what I ordered. I have been calling customer service for 2 days with no contact with any representative after multiple attempts. I have been placed on a list to be contacted back several times and have not received my call back. I have no record of my order in my online account. I am disappointed in Duluths customer service. I have been a customer for a long time and not ever had this bad of an experience. I have less of product than was purchased and the delivery email says I have received everything which is false. **************** has experience has been terrible and all ahead of the holidays. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Duluth has let their standards fall below poor.Duluth Trading Company

Been wearing Duluth pants for a couple years now. For some reason the seam at the crotch seems to be pretty fragile. Anyways, I’ve purchased multiple pairs of pants from them and they’ve all busted the seam at the crotch. The first and second time this happened I walked into the store, explained that after a few months, the seam at the crotch falls apart and leaves my pants unwearable. Both of these times the sales associate was very nice and helped me immediately with the exchange process. Tried this again today with a pair of pants I purchased maybe 4 months ago with the same problem. This time the associate was extremely rude and immediately went to get a manager. The manager was also very rude to me and told me that the pants were in no order to be returned. I explained that this had happened before and that I just wanted to exchange the last pair of pants that I purchased and wouldn’t be back to purchase more. My request was denied multiple times even after I showed them where the seam was split, and I was portrayed as unreasonable to a bunch of bystanding customers. These pants are $80+ a pair and the exchange program is the only reason I had even bought the pants in the first place. After receiving the customer service that I received at the Short Pump store, I will NOT be purchasing any Duluth products again. I was made to feel like I took a pair of scissors to the crotch and was trying to “get one over” on them which is absolutely ridiculous. If the pants wouldn’t give at the crotch within the first couple of months of wearing them it wouldn't be an issue to begin with. Either way, I will not be buying any more clothes from this company that praises themselves on being made for the “working man” when they see a pair of worked in pants and immediately reject them. Good riddance Duluth. Sincerely, A loyal customer who feels cheated and disappointed. I wear these pants every day and it’s a damn shame that Duluth doesn’t acknowledge real workers. In November I ordered a beard kit, boxers, peanuts, and Carmel cocoa bombs. When I received my order I did get the beard kit but everything else was no what I ordered at all. I spent a hour and a half waiting on the live chat to be told the peanuts and cocoa bombs were no longer available but the boxers would be expedited to me so they would arrive before Christmas. So now the expedited order arrives and I realize again it is not what I ordered. I was sent a tank top instead of boxers. I again sat in live chat for a hour and a half but when I got up to use the bathroom that's when the agent came on and the promptly ended that chat in 3 minutes because I didn't respond. I waited a hour and a half and you guys waited 3 minutes!! I then called the number and was told the wait time was approximately 15 minutes. I sat on hold for 2 and a half hours!!! I then spoke with a manager and explained the situation and he told me he would get the item out the next day and expedite it again. It is now the 21st and it has not arrived and I do not see a email in regards to it being sent to me. I have always heard amazing things about your company but after all of this I will not be ordering for you guys again.
