      Clothes are nice but when you order online, pay with PayPal does not mean it is in stock. So you wait and wait. Email says being processed. It is not. Call 3 days in a row wait an hour for customer service to find out your order is back ordered and may not be in stock until January. Why advertise it is in stock, order it to find out it is not in stock.

      Absolutely has gone down hill. Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order and got charged right away. No confirmation email. Emailed and called customer service multiple times with NO RESPONSE. I understand this is busy season for all retailers but the lack of communication is disgusting. You should be ashamed! Please give me my money back or ship me what I paid for!!!

      I have been a very loyal customer of Duluth Trading Company, buying many things and referring them much business with friends. I ordered several items for Christmas gifts on NOVEMBER 28. I only received one pair of underwear out of three and neither pair of jeans that I ordered. I called customer service and after FINALLY receiving a call back, I was told that they do not know what happened to the original package but that it was never shipped, only a label created. They were now COMPLETELY OUT of everything I ordered except for the one pair of jeans that wasn’t a gift for someone else. They tried to replace what I ordered with other items and I told them to refund me for the other items instead because I was not purchasing what I did not order due to their mistake. I have spent hundreds of dollars on their products over the past 2 years or so, as I love their products…however I will not be ordering anymore because of this poor customer service.

      I purchased an order online and never received a confirmation email but they charged my card. Then they refunded my card and charged me 3 more times in 2 days. I purchased my order because the website said it would be here by Christmas but now I cant even confirm or check my order. Ive sent customer service an email with no response and have called twice. I requested a call back since their wait time was 1 hour and 10 mins. Its currently been over 3 hours with no call back. How is this company still in business? This is ridiculous.

      Ordered Christmas Gifts in November, they wait until the 19th of December to tell me they ran out or an item and they canceled the order instead of offering a substitution or other resolution. This is the second year in a row they have messed up an order. I really like their gear, although it seems to be getting more expensive and worse quality.

      My order was a scam. There is no record of any of my orders except one. On the site, all my saved account information is gone. There is no way for me to check anything. I used the official site. My family will receive absolutely no Christmas presents this year except a stocking stuffer that is not from DT. The site is hacked, not my computer, and not my bank. I've lost a lot of money. Maybe Easter gifts are in order this year. I will not shop at Duluth Trading ever again. I'm so angry. p.s. Michaela and Angela in Customer Service were very kind, patient, and helpful. Five stars to them. "0" for the site.

      Ordered items 3 items and was charged for them on 12/4/23. Received one of the items. Have called several times, advised wait was 6+ hours. I put in for several return phone calls. Received two calls back, hours later. Assured items were coming, and they were even going to reship them overnight. That did not happen, I still do not have the two items which I paid for. They are having some serious warehouse/shipping (****** *****?) issues. Right now you cannot trust Duluth to deliver! Buyer beware!

      My wife and have been happy customers of Duluth Trading Company for many years. However, I can only echo what others have recently written here.We placed an order on December 2, 2023 and received a confirmation of our order. After about a week with no further response, I tried to track the order and the web site stated (and still states) that the order is awaiting carrier pickup. I waited another week, then sent an email to customer service requesting follow-up on our order. No response. It's now another week and I tried calling customer service and was on hold over 30 minutes before giving up. The customer service line would beep as if my call was being transferred but no one ever picked up. I tried their web chat and was informed that that system is down. As there is no obvious means of cancelling the order, which they already took payment for, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is both sad and annoying.

      We are a funeral home and I ordered 26 pairs of socks for the cemetery crew and funeral attendants. I just received an email that only 5 pairs of socks have shipped! What about the other 21 pairs? I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour. I will NEVER BUY FROM DULUTH TRADING AGAIN. Not sure what to do at this point, have they run out of stock? Will they be shipping soon? I hope they haven't charged the credit card for 26 pairs....Still on hold....to be continued. (for this year anyway...never again)
