      I'm really enjoying the clothes I have from them, and have no issue with the quality. The reason they're receiving 2 stars from me is their return policy. If you order from them, don't like it, and want to return it, they charge you $7.99 (which they deduct from your refund). I would like to send them a bill for my time & material used to prepare the package, and transport it to post office. Most other companies provide this service free of charge, and refund the entire amount to you. Duluth Trading Co. has moved to the bottom of my list, as well as my friends and families, of places to shop because of this.

      Worst company they are a total joke after 5 emails no one calling back I have a jacket a year old and the leather is peeling off everywhere there clothes are JUNK!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

      Horrible customer service!
      They sent me the wrong items and expect me to repackage, print a label and drive it to the UPS store. The total value of the items is $12. Ridiculous!
      I see by other posts that this is a very common problem. No more Duluth for me.

      I just noticed that my original post wasnt clear that I was most unhappy with the demeanor of the representative I spoke with. Very condescending. I have since been contacted by ********* who was wonderful! Very respectful and kind. Very pleased with the outcome.

      Just placed my last order with them, I am done, too many shipping issues over the years. Purchased 3 pair of pants on black Friday. I put in my new address, as I moved this year. Double and Triple checked that it was correct. When I get the tracking days later I see its being shipped to the wrong city. They shipped it to a previous address I had used last year, Now I get to drive 1.5 hours to get my pants from my in-laws.
      I tried updating my addresses under my account and it wont let me, its broken.

      Worst company ever. Selected an item online and the charge was removed from my bank account before I closed their website. I immediately canceled the order 1 hour after the purchase and they refused to refund the my money.
      Customer service was very rude.

      Unfortunately it shows it shipped on 11/02, but I am not seeing any updates per UPS and Canada Post is unable to locate as well. It looks as if we need to process another replacement unfortunately.

      My husband is a mailman and got bite by a dog while wearing your firehose pants. His pants never ripped. The bite broke the skin pretty bad but the pants were ok. I think it could have been a lot worse if he wasn't wearing your pants. Thanks for making great quality products.

      UNBELIEVABLE quality, fit and comfort in this pair of
      Woman's Flex Work Denim Overalls!!!!! As an 82 year old farm woman, believe me when I say I know bib overalls. I live in them!! Needing a new pair, in a leap of faith, I ordered the touted as comfortable Flex Work Overalls. Quite honestly, I figured I'd have to return them because the advertising sounded too good to be true. Here I am, writing this review, wearing the Overalls ever since taking them out of the package. I don't want to take them off!! Yes, they are THAT COMFORTABLE!! I am 5'2" and weigh 130#. The size 10 fits perfect. I've been a customer for many years and just love their clothes that are so suitable for the working woman.

      Ordered 5 pair underwear and fleece lined pants for my husband. Received a woman's button down shirt and 5 pair underwear. Contacted customer service immediately. They told me I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING TO THE UPS STORE TO RETURN THE WOMAN'S SHIRT... Let me reiterate. DULUTH sent me the wrong item. I contacted customer service and I am told that I HAVE TO SPEND MY OWN MONEY TO DRIVE TO THE UPS STORE TO RETURN THE WRONG ITEM BACK TO THEM. Absolutely, UNBELIEVABLE. So. I am sending everything back now. AND I KNOW there's going to be a problem with the refund because the return is going to have a woman's shirt not the men's pants that I ordered. THEY LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER WITH THIS. ******* ***** *****

      some time between 2019 and 2021 they switched manufacturing of their items from Vietnam to Honduras, and if you look at most recent reviews theyre all talking about how the quality has dropped significantly. for a company that claims to have ** **** theyre sure trying to pull ** on people.
