Many of the products are wonderful but don’t waste money on the six pack of Mens black and red toe socks. They have gotten holes in the toes after six months and they are not used ever day. The single pairs seem more durable.

Abjectly Disappointing Customer Service I had an absolutely dismal experience with Duluth Trading Company's customer service recently. I ordered some shorts that arrived in the incorrect size. Promptly, I facilitated an exchange via their online platform, printed the return label, and dispatched the items on the very same day. A seemingly reassuring email popped into my inbox that very evening stating they had processed my return. This reassurance, however, would prove to be a facade. Two grueling weeks of waiting later, my replacement item was still nowhere to be found. When I contacted customer service to get to the bottom of the situation, I was met with alarming information. They hadn't actually processed my return because the returns department was backlogged by an astonishing five weeks. The initial email, I discovered, was merely an automated response, serving as nothing more than a hollow confirmation. The representative admitted it might take three more weeks before they even open my return package, let alone process the order. She defended this inefficient procedure by stating that they are not Amazon and this is how they prevent fraud. The alarming part was the candid acceptance that there was absolutely nothing she could do to expedite the process. Exasperated, I requested a cancellation. After being put on hold for an additional five minutes, the agent found the procedure to cancel and pledged to work on it. However, she had no estimate as to when this would be accomplished. This meant I was left hanging in a purgatorial state of uncertainty, even after seeking to withdraw my order. While Duluth's products might be commendable, their concept of customer service is painfully lacking. This ordeal has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction, as a company that values its customers should offer more streamlined, transparent, and efficient service. My advice: Proceed with caution when dealing with Duluth Trading Company.Duluth Trading Company

Once again a Vietnamese Shirt(s) . At these prices I expect better than a bargain basement far-east sourcing. Last time i gave these ****-Source shirts away i am embarrassed. Vietnam of all places .."Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me" Good riddance to this company , their cutesie "story" about the company mantra isnt what i see when I buy something. After two problems I wasted my time writing to Duluth. One would think they would want to hear from their customers and if problems are apparent, correct them. I specifically said that I did not want an auto response. That is exactly what I got and further I was told to call Duluth. I like many of their products and I am sure Duluth does not screw up all on line orders. The odds of a screw up seem to be increasing. My suggestion is to no buy Duluth products on line and go into a Duluth store. If one is not near by go to a competitor that you can trust. You do not want to deal with customer service. Comment - look at the responses on this website. All responses from Duluth appear to be auto responses.Duluth Trading Company

I ordered online, as in the past a few years ago. After several days of no information except a label for shipping being printed, I repeatedly called and asked for a refund.
They would never give any information other than to keep waiting and checking every 24 hour cycle to see if the system updated to show a shipment was being processed. After a week, I demanded a refund and was given a return confirmation number by Tina.
This morning, I discovered they finally contacted UPS to pick up the package but, no estimated date for delivery and it will be handed off to the US Postal system which shows no information provided to them to date.
If the package ever shows up, I won’t even open it but will send it back. I imagine the quality is no longer good, either.Duluth Trading Company

JJ at Duluth Trading Company in Sioux Falls, SD (the downtown store) was by far the worst employee I've ever dealt with. We went to visit on Mother's Day of all day's and was treated like absolute dirt. The sale sign on Mother's day read that the men's undershirts were on sale. I told my sister that that was a joke to be funny and we laughed. JJ proceeded too not mind his business and tell me that the sale is also on the women's side with a ton of sass. Then he proceeded to crab about me to his fellow coworkers like I wasn't even there. JJ Definitely has lost you guys a customer.. not like I was one to begin with, as it was one of my first times ever even visiting this store. ??Duluth Trading Company

I ordered a hat that did not fit. When I tried to exchange it Duluth Trading told me that they did not have the size I need but I could return it for a $7.99 fee. No free returns. Bad business' for a mail order company. My advise, do not buy from them unless you are sure of your size.Duluth Trading Company

Ordered Boots for Christmas on Dec. 16th they were listed as true to size. They weren't. Had to order replacements. They sent the wrong boots in the right box late in January. Sent them back and was told I would get an additional 5% back on the price of the boots. Nope! Just $6 that didn't even cover the cost of one trip to the post office let alone three. Received harassing emails with labels saying I needed to return the wrong ones AGAIN although I already had and also had a tracking number. Ridiculous nightmare to deal with this company.Duluth Trading Company

After I ordered two pair of pants I got notified they were on back order , no big deal. Then I received a thermal shirt that was supposed to be one pair of pants. Then I was notified that the other pants that I ordered were no longer available I would be refunded for them. Really Wow ! Drove 40 miles to return the shirt that was supposed to be pants, guess what oh we dont have your size in that color. What a circus show!!Duluth Trading Company
