      Worst customer service ever, won't refund my money. Pkg is last in ******. I live in **************. They could care less about me not receiving my stuff. Won't refund my money cause they say it's coming. Biggest scam in the world. Using postal service for so called free shipping and people not ever receiving anything. Was told 96 min wait time , I waited and still nobody ever picked up phone. Don't by anything from here.

      No idea how the product is, but agree with others here that the shipping system *****. 12/10 order, with no indication it was not in stock, didn't ship until 12/19. Tracking system says it went from ********* to ********* still not in ********. Won't be shopping with Duluth again.

      Placed an order on November 29th 2024 for a pair of the buck naked base layer long underwear and a pair of socks, Duluth Trading charged my card and got money, I have not received my purchase not have I received any updates or shipping information, I have sat on hold two times for over an hour and never been picked up, I have sent 2 emails with no response and I have tried chat and gotten nowhere but a message on how busy the are! I find their customer service to be absolutely worthless as they do not respond to any of THEIR means of communication! I will NEVER do business with them again and if I do not get my items I will contact my Credit Card Company and go after Duluth Trading charged!

      I placed an order on December 16th. When I didn't receive a shipping notification I sent an email to customer service. No response. Placed a call to customer service and was told that my order would ship on the 23rd and I would receive it by Jan 2 or 3rd. Not too happy but I had some wiggle room because my family is coming in on the 3rd. As of today I still haven't received a shipping notice. Called again (wait time on both phone calls was over an HOUR). I was told today that my order STILL HASN'T SHIPPED! Now I was told that it will ship on December 30th and I can expect to receive it TEN DAYS after that. Apparently they only ship by ************. Customer service refused a request to speak to a supervisor and refused to expedite shipping. Absolutely unacceptable.

      Ordered my Christmas gifts on Dec 9th never shipped until the 22 from Wisconsin. Expected delivery on the 28th. When I called a week and half after my ordered was placed, I was told that I would get my gifts by Dec23rd. The person I spoke to from customer service told me that they had an unbelievable Black Friday and that is why they were backed up. If that were the case, they should have notified customers about this issue. BUT THEY DID NOT!! I believe that Duluth should refund my money 100%. Terrible customer service with liars working for them. They really don't even deserve one star but it won't post unless I select one.

      Placed an order on 12/05/2024 on line for Christmas presents. Never received a tracking number so I called 12/16/2024 to customer service and was told that it shipped but they were having trouble with the shipping department. I called back 12/20/2024 and was told that the label was printed on the 18th but it still has not been received by **** and the shipment will not be here by Christmas. I told customer service to cancel my order and refund my charges. Customer said they couldn't refund the money because the order was filled but she did say if I wanted to return the order Duluth would not charge me to return. Really what kind of policy is that, I thought she was joking. Duluth does not have to worry about my orders any more because I will never order from them again.

      I have no idea how they have a high rating on Better Business Bureau. Look at any social media and there are hundreds of people that are furious with how they have handled this Christmas season. I am far from the only one that will never do business with this company again. You absolutely cannot get anyone to respond in the company, there is no communication and if you call the number, they will tell you it will be a 75 minute wait minimally. I have tried for days. Just look on ******** and Instagram and look at the comments. Inexcusable.

      Their jeans are great, but their customer service is 100% the reason I will never return. I placed an order on December 3rd, didnt receive a shipping email until December 11th, and didnt get my order until the 18th. Then when I opened my order, it was the completely wrong items. I ordered a couple pairs of jeans and got womens clothes instead. I tried calling customer service, but the wait times were DISGUSTING. I waited on the phone for over 3 hours between two days to speak to someone. When I finally spoke to someone, their solution was to have me print out a shipping label and package the items back up, then take them to a drop point to ship back so could send me the correct items. I told them that it simply was not good enough. How in the world is that making it right? They wouldnt give me a free pair of pants or anything as a consolation. Now I have to go above and beyond to get the items that I paid for, and they made a mistake on.

      I placed an order on December 2, 2024 and today is December 19, 2024 and the items I ordered have not shipped. I have sent 5 emails to their customer service and have received no response. I have waited on the phone for an hour and still didn't talk to anyone. I tried live chat several times and every time I get kicked off after waiting well over 30 minutes. I have already been charged for these items. Customer service is non existent with this company and they have lost a loyal customer. At this point I just want my money back and will dispute the charge with my bank.

      Duluth will mess up your order and then charge you for shipping,they are thieves and will lie to you when you follow up on their botched order.Do not trust this company, they are corrupt liers.
