      AWFUL! Never again. I placed an order on 12/3 and got a confirmation. Ive heard nothing since then. I called stayed on hold THREE times for an hour only to be disconnected each time. Their chat service is a joke. It attempts to connect you to an agent, but won’t. After 12 minutes it prompts you to reply that you’re still there or you’ll be disconnected. I’ve tried the chat multiple times with zero success. I’ve sent three emails and not a single reply. Seven days ago, I got an email that my order is being shipped. I’ve checked tracking every single day and all it states is “shipping label created”. They are a joke. They need to take the money they spend advertising during Yellowstone and use it to hire people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Horrible customer service. Wait times are always over an hour and no help once you talk to someone. Gift card supposedly sent Dec 2, still haven't received it on Dec 18. I was charged for it though!

      Same scenario as customers below. I heard they are not paying their suppliers therefore they have no product to ship. Dont waste your time on this nonsense. Shop elsewhere. I have called, emailed and chatted but got nowhere.

      Never again will i buy from duluth trading. 2 orders 2 days apart and its been 12 days since the first order and hasn’t shipped yet! 70-90 min wait for customer service to get on the call or 20 min wait for chat no way Take your ****** customer service and ***** ** Duluth Trading

      I don't know what has happened to this company. I've ordered many years ago and was completely satisfied with the product and customer service. I recently placed another order on December 1, 2024 and it has been an absolute nightmare ever since. Calling customer service doesn't work because there's always a 70+ minut wait time. Shipping and deleivery information is another nightmare - to the point it was beginning to appear that my entire order was a complete scam! This will be my absolute last time ordering from them. I hope that I finally receive my order.

      I would agree with all the customer issues below. Placed my order Dec 8th. I will say part of it shipped I think. I haven't had an updated from tracking since 13th. Not sure if they shipped slow as possible shipping method. I still have one item from this same order that has not shipped. I did receive an e-mail stating I was next in line for shipping. Not sure what that exactly means. I have tried e-mail, chat online and calling customer service. I don't think there is a customer service at this point. This is the worst service I have experienced with any of my on-line ordering. If they couldn't handle the Christmas Holiday that comes every year than they should post that on their website before customers order and pay for product they don't receive.

      Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 50 years in the planet. Orders on 12-6 and still hasn’t shipped. And God forbid if you try and call or chat to find out what’s up. Worst company out there.

      Just like the rest. Made an order that was guaranteed to arrive prior to Xmas and it’s hasn’t even processed. Wish I’d have visited this site prior to the purchase I would have steered clear of this shit hole of a company who has no regard for their customers. This was the first and final purchase from Duluth. How an American company can be this bad, and still maintain an A+ BBB rating, is insane to me. I’ve been waiting almost 5 hours for a live chat that said had a wait time of 8 minutes. This is simply unacceptable service and treatment,

      I ordered on December 2nd and have not received my purchase.:I have called and waited on phone for over an hour several times and not reached customer service. I have emailed and called physical store and no help. DO NOT ORDER from this store. I have now been on the phone since 7am and 50 minutes later still waiting for someone to answer.

      Glaciers are melting faster than Duluth Trading's shipping -- so it cannot be described as glacial. It's been weeks since I place my order. Got one item. No updates, no shipping information available. No answer for customer service. Maybe I'll call on the old landline and just leave it on the counter. As someone else said, inundated daily with multiple emails, but they can't update our order status? I thought I had finally found a company with clothes that i didn't need to alter. Oh well. it really is not so much the speed, it's the lack of contact and response. It's a shame.
