If I could leave no stars I would, but this is our 2nd attempt at using them. Our first year they would go months without showing up( supposed to be quarterly). No calls or heads up. We called and complained and got a free service which was nice. We decided to try them again but this was a mistake. Our first treatment was the first week of April 23 and have not seen them since (almost August). Called to ask what was going on and got the ole dc dip and twirl on why they **** and never could get an honest answer out of anyone. Took days to get a manager to call back. Was told that they would come every 4-6 weeks. April to mid July and no one came or called. Im not a mathematician, but that is more than 4-6 weeks. Did end up getting a refund, but they kept the money for the first service even though it did not do anything and I have had to spend money on chemicals and treat it myself. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do not waste your money because you will be spending at ******* anyways. Crooks. The 5 star reviews must be the rich ******* and ****** folk they care about.
