1 starPOOR SCHEDULING!!I asked for a quote for Core Aeriation in mid April and consented to hav it done After May 2, at which time I would know where my sprinkler heads were. I was told it would be done the week of May 6 and I would be informed of the day later in the week. At the end of the week, no notification and were not able to specify a day, even after another person told me it would be done on May 8 and I would get a confirmation call. May 8 came with no notice until I called back only to find out there was no date scheduledReview fromTom G

1 starI have had Naturescape in ************** for over 6 years sevicing my lawn. Every year, I have to call them at least once to complain about weeds, dying grass, etc. I swore IO would cancel them each year, but they talked me out of it. This year is no exception. I cannot get them to re-service my lawn after repeated calls. They guarantee a follow up within 72 hours. I've been waiting for over 10 days. My lawn looks horrible; I have more weeds than grass. It is completely unacceptable, but they continue to tell me help is on the way. Maybe this should be the year that I give up on them the way they have given up on my lawn.Review fromLarry J. L

5 starsOur lawn is healthy and if they miss a few weeds, all I need to do is call and they return to correct any missed areas without hassle. They're pricing is very competitive with national comp's. Our next door neighbor switched to NatureScape Lawn Care from a national landscaping service because our lawn always looked better, and she paid more.Review fromTodd S

5 starsSummary: Naturescape Aeration is both overwhelmingly effective and _extremely_ affordable -- and cost-effective. I've had Aeration done by Naturescape (in the fall at the very least, and sometimes in the spring) on my 0.8 acre property for at least 5 years. I have owned my property for over 20+ years. In the early years (before Naturescape aeration) my lawn experienced serious yellowing from dry/drought conditions in the summers, as well as problematic weeds. Since performing aeration, It has made a wonderful difference in the Summers as my lawn has not experienced any of the serious negative effects of dry summers with long periods of drought. Additionally, I've noticed that my lawn grasses have been much stronger and have battled successfully against (and thus won out over) the spring weeds (crabgrass and watergrass, etc.) -- those weeds used to cause me so much trouble ... I cannot possibly convey how much they vexed me at that time -- but now... those overwhelmingly problematic spring weeds are a thing of the past. It has now been so long since my lawn had Crabgrass/Watergrass islands/blooms of 1-3 square feet sections (which used to plague me) that today I have a hard time even remembering just how bad it was - but fortunately I still barely remember -- or else I might be stupid enough to NOT get aeration every year- that'd be dumb). Overall: Is aeration effective? Yes. Is Naturescape's service effective? Yes. Is Naturescape's price competitive? Yes - honestly, it is amazingly competitive to the point that I hope they don't read this. (I don't want them to raise their prices - since all their competitors are way above them) It has been a much better trade-off -- spending money (and honestly, Naturescape is a surprisingly-low-cost service provider vs. others in my area) versus the hassle of renting a truck from ******* and renting an aerator (I have a ******* ****** within a mile of me) and doing it myself.
