      The grass cutters did not show up as contacted. Management at the Muskego branch also did not answer or return my calls. This occurred throughout June and July at which time I decided to cancel the service. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone for their lawn care needs. I did note that different people showed up to mow the lawn when they did do it, so wonder if they are having employee retention issues and hence the sloppy service. If that is the case, however, I would expect, at the very least, that management would return my calls of concern but they were non-responsive.

      No Lawn care . Only 2 lawn applications as of Aug.10th. Should had had total of 4. No phone service. No one at Delafield office. Are they stll in Business ????

      I decided to use Naturescape this year due to a A+ business rating on the Better Business Bureau. My trust in the company was a very poor decision. Throughout the year, I've had brown patches on my lawn and continual weeds. I have grub service included. I was told the grubs are beetles. It couldn't be grubs. When I observed the lawn technician arrive and leave quickly without observing him on my lawn, I called to question the service. I was told it was a quick application and therefore it was very brief. I have a considerable large lawn and have a sprinkler system installed. I questioned the answer. I requested someone come out and look at my lawn to analyze what was going on. I was told someone would come out. They never did. When I called a week and a half later to explain there wasn't an improvement and the weeds have increased, I was told they could apply grub service again at an additional charge. Additionally, it takes time for the weeds to go away. Mind you, the weeds have increased with alleged applications throughout the year. I would sincerely NOT recommend Naturescape. I've had other lawn services throughout the year and my lawn has NEVER looked this horrible before. If I could, I would select 0 stars.

      I have been with Nature Scape for 2 years and they provide the same service as the big-name company but at a better price. I would definitely recommend to anyone that asks.
