  I have used Naturescape for four seasons now and am very pleased with the services I have received. Fair pricing. Lawn has been virtually weed free. Trees and shrubs health has improved. Always show up when they say they will. My only concern is that I havent seen improvement in my lawn from the reseeding. Overall very good.

  I have been using naturescape for the better part of 2 years and ever since the very first application to my lawn there has always been improvements and it has been a great thing to experience, just from watching my lawn become more established and healthy, to any contact whether it be concerns I have or suggestions the people that do the applications have made it has all been a pleasant experience and I am looking forward to seeing how well my lawn looks at the start of every year!

  I would like to write a review for Naturescape. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and this company is rock solid in providing great workers for lawn application. I do not need to worry about a job that may not be done up to par. They are excellent and recommend them 100%! Thank you for years of great service.   My residence is in Kenosha, WI so this review is for whatever franchise covers this area. Does customer service even exist? How can they honor their Satisfaction Guarantee if nobody answers the phone or returns a call when a customer calls and/or has to leave a message? I've NEVER gotten a hold of anyone when I called with concerns. After the 3rd message left, someone finally called back (about 2 weeks later) but by that time I had already taken care of the problem myself by purchasing weed killer locally and applying it myself. My yard has had excessive weeds for 2 summers in a row, even after NatureScape applications were done. After the last application, I reviewed security video footage to see what they did and to see if what they are doing, or not doing is causing the excess weeds. On this last application, the hopper ran empty 1/2 way through the application. Instead of re-filling the hopper and returning to finish the yard, the guy loaded the hopper with fertilizer but instead of returning to the yard to finish, he instead loaded the applicator into the truck and drove away. What am I paying them for if I have to go out and buy separate weed killer to kill the weeds that they are supposed to be treating? After 2 summers of the same problem, is obvious that it's not a one time thing. They are cutting corners to lower their costs and maximize profits. I can't recommend them anymore and will be returning to a competitor for my lawn care needs. The money I THOUGHT I was saving by using NatureScape was being eaten up by separate purchases I've made on store bought weed killers. I would rather pay more and get a quality service than pay less and spend more later to get the results I thought I was going to get in the beginning by hiring NatureScape for my weed control.
