      Local Nature Scape wouldnt understand customer service if their lives depended on it. I dropped this company not because of the product but because I can not ever get them out here. 3rd appointment just canceled Im calling Wisconsin Home of Nature Scape

      I have been using NatureScape for 20-25 years and couldn't be happier. They are family owned and based out of ******** ** where I raised my kids. Their 5-application plan is exactly what I would do myself, but at a price that makes it well worth having them do it. Last summer, when I moved into my new house, I tried a different service recommended by my landscaper. I quickly regretted it. I ended up with a minor grub problem that they didn't diagnose. This year, NatureScape quickly diagnosed the problem and treated for it. The lawn is now looking great. Lanna and Celeste both provide excellent customer service, which is quite unusual these days. I don't see us ever using a different service again.

      terrible lawn company called about my yard looking like **** with weeds and he told me wait an the weather change will **** them .Icould'nt believe my ears. What a terrible excuse for this. I hope you will have a better experience with this company. I even hated me having to give it a star.

      We were very sorry to see this, and we hope that the service call and the refund we provided have gone some way towards earning your trust back. We should have given you better information (and earlier) about the different weeds and weedy grasses in your lawn, and provided better control of the ones that can be controlled. While it's true that, at a certain point late in the season, some weeds will decline as the weather changes, we never expect you to wait for the weather to handle what you'd asked us to handle for you! We hope you understand after speaking with us that we genuinely want to make you happy, and you have every right to expect a better experience.       After our construction project, our yard was LOADED with weeds. Naturesacape was called and took care of our lawn. Today, it is beautiful and weed free. Naturescape is a reliable company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my may neighbors and friends

      We purchased a home a few years ago, and the lawn looked bare in some spots, and had something growing in other spots that was definitely not grass, and looked terrible. The neighbors complained the day we closed on the house about how the previous owners didn't address the lawn issues. We consulted another neighbor who used Naturescape, so we called them. We are so happy we did. The customer service has been outstanding, and the lawn looks so much better now. The transformation is amazing! We highly recommend this company. To top if off, their prices are reasonable as well. You won't be sorry you called this company!

      Had Naturescape come out for the first time today to mow lawn and trim. Andrew did a fantastic job, better than I even expected. Sydney in scheduling was also great friendly and informative. Will definitely use them again.  *******, ******************

      Naturescape has been wonderful to work with. The mosquito spray has allowed us to enjoy our yard fully without having to use insect repellant. One time before my next spray was due we got a few bites and I called, within 2 days they resprayed the yard with no questions asked.

      Meticulous service. I have lawn mowing, tree and shrub care and mosquito control. I am particularly impressed with Joseph who has been mowing my lawn for the last several weeks.
