Apparently I've been getting charged for a membership for a year when I don't even go there. I cancelled a year ago come to find that they've been taking money from my savings account. Absolute scammers. What a garbage company.

Biggest and upmost disappointment from a franchise that upholds their company on safety and proper care for guests. Costumer service is highly lacking in regards to patrons safety along with concerns and issues regarding PPE for equipment and tanning facilities. Thus, making the experience at this location hinder on a positive visit on all who want to better themselves. Not only on their physical bodies, but their mental health as well. Our members safety is our top priority. We provide hand sanitizer in a high trafficked area so that it is easily accessible to all members. We place cleaning stations throughout the gym. Our staff conduct walkthroughs of the facility, multiple times per hour, to ensure the cleaning stations are adequately stocked and that high touch areas are wiped down. We ensure staff are cleaning equipment throughout the day, as well as encouraging members to clean the equipment they use before and after use.Review fromAmber D

I have followed the company guidelines for canceling membership, including submitting a letter to this location asking for my account to be canceled. I have appeared in person TWICE and BOTH times the internet service was down and was told I could not cancel my account in person that day. I wrote my name and husband's name on the list (as we had separate accounts) of guests and advised to have a manager contact me. No call or email. I was a member many years ago and I do not remember the cancelation process being this asinine. I would not do business with them ever again.Planet Fitness

PF is nothing but a scam. They offer $1 membership fee as a promotion then charge you out of the blue $49 for membership fee 2 month later. And they refuse to refund even though I cancelled my plan. Avoid like the plague they will scam you in a minutePlanet Fitness

Per our agreement, members are billed their annual fee 2 months after the month they join. The agreement also states that in order to avoid being billed the annual fee, they must cancel by the 25th of the previous month. We will issue a one time refund for this. This company is deceptive about the actual cost of a membership with hidden fees and did not even offer me a physical copy of the contract that I was signing.Planet Fitness
