      Terrible customer service. Shipping cost is greater than 50% on paper and mailing products. Customer service was smugly thrilled when I said I’d buy elsewhere. If you have the option, strongly recommended that you shop elsewhere. No need to spend a fortune on a company too lazy to combine orders

      I apologize for the experience you had. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer experience. Each order was placed on a different days. We have same day shipping which prevented orders from being combined.

      Trying to order a new seal to a pump Uline sold us. Their pump with a bad seal. The pump takes 2 seals and these seals are tiny. Smaller than a dime in size. They are charging nearly $70 per seal (need 2) so $140 and then $20 for shipping. They said shipping is calculated based of of package size and weight. So $20 for shipping something less than 1oz weight and smaller than a dime? Super crazy. I could ship that seal for $4 or less easily with USPS. Just a reivew so others know if you buy your pumps from Uline they will ROB you when you need a little part to fix something that is not working properly.

      False advertisement!! I have a legal registered company with state **. with Duns number. Anytime I make an order for N30 from Uline as they advertise for pay up in 30days, They end up calling me, requesting that I should make a payment immediately or they will cancel my order. They should have inform customers that they need make any up front payments to be able to go for N30. I have been making N30 orders from sister company like quill, Grainger etc I make all payments before time in full. My question is, why is Uline advertising wrongly on their website. Thats so unfair to my company and others as well. They need to address these. I am so disappointed with Uline.

      We followed established procedures for assessing credit worthiness of this customer. Trade credit is not guaranteed, it is pending Credit approval. The lack of business information and commercial trade information, warranted requesting prepayment on initial purchases.

      WARNING: I placed my first order for a pallet to be delivered. Shortly afterwards the gaining hurricane off the coast was not looking good so I emailed to cancel but was told it was too late and that the order was processed. The email said I could refuse the delivery and send it back. If I did that I would lose the shipping charges of $109 so I did nothing and am home waiting for shipper to call and schedule and appointment but due to hurricane I figure they are closed. Then I logged into my bank account and saw ********************** credited the money I spent on this order minus the $109 shipping charged. The delivery was marked as delivered in Uline system. I called Uline and got no where until I spoke to a supervisor who was very nice and she refunded my money but what about all the other business owners getting screwed by this company because their systems are extremely poor. After I got off the phone with the supervisor I get an email telling me my order was cancelled and my money refunded which was CS trying to cover their tracks on this one, Uline is extremely cheap and stingy and would rather leave you unhappy and out the shipping charges unless you threaten to pummel them with bad reviews and then they will connect you with a supervisor. The owners of this company DO NOT CARE about small businesses, they find them more of a nuisance. They much prefer government contracts where they can get away with their questionable business practices.

      I'm not sure how many times I need to communicate that I don't need a catalog. Apparently filling out the form on your website is not enough, as I still get a tree in my PO box like every 30 days or whatever. Who's running marketing here, ******* and ******* from the muppets? its 2023 folks. Catalogs have been an antiquity for like 25 years, maybe yall could operate in a manner that isn't actively damaging the environment?

      Complained multiple times over three years that they removed customer pickup. They have an option on their website to add a carrier so I added my own company. When I went to pick up they refused. They claim they have a worker shortage as the reason they don't have customer pickup. It has been three years, it is either an internal problem or they just don't mind hurting small businesses by charging $150 to ship 10 flat boxes. I went to the front office to ask to speak to someone and they got upset that a customer had a complaint. The next day my account was suspended.

      This company is a complete scam. I have placed an order for some bottles and caps over two weeks ago. The bottles ended up having to go back to them and they had tk reship and i had to repay. Which was no issue as long as i got my refund. Which i was told i would get. Fast forward today 5/30/2023 still no refund. And every single time i call customer service they play these word games that im sure they have played with lots of other people per the reviews. They keep saying they issued me a credit which inr return would be a uline credit and ive made it caler from the beggining i dont want a Uline credit. They tell me to get a refund i need to dispute it with my bank. Why on earth would i dispute it when you have your products back and are playing word games trying to confuse someone. Ive spoken to supervisors and they all told me a refund wasnt issued. But when transferred to the credit department is when they try and flip everythjng around as if you are dumb . They talk to you like you are a robot repeating the same computer text book responses. After reading the reviews this is very common with them and small minority businesses. Rest assured they met the right bussiness to scam this time. REFUND PEOPLE THEIR MONEY. They kno most people after their experience will not return to they end up keeping your money and their product back a complete scam and deceptive just as the reviews state. Im almost sure either the owners or theire children work in the finance department. Then they even went as far as saying the need to investigate. There is nothing ti investigate. REFUND MY MONEY.

      Deceitful business practices. DO NOT waste your time and money!!! If you are looking to open a net 30 account choose another business. I have a new business and was going to open a net 30 account to build my business credit score. They require you to make a purchases that are NOT reported to the credit bureau prior to approving the account. You don't find this out until you place an order. Therefore these purchases do not count towards your Paydex score. This would have been a waste of money for me so I'm moving on.

      We review all new customers who desire net 30 terms. Based on particular circumstances we sometimes require that their first order be placed on a credit card.

      In my experience, Uline does indeed provide the highest levels of service and quality products to its customers. From ordering an industrial table to small items, Uline has always delivered in record time (sometimes 1 day delivery), its products always of the highest quality and customer support professional and helpful. No complaints from me. Great to see a company that knows how to run a business. Very few do anymore.
