      I ordered for *************** ********* ***** * ** Teal Shirt bags for $45.00, with a sub-total of $45.00 plus $2.25 sales tax, which I agreed too. When I got the statement there was an included charge of $24.00 for freight and handling. My total bill was for $71.25. The freight charges we hidden upon my checking out, had I known I was going to be paying that amount, I would not have submitted the order.I called to mention my dissatisfaction, however the customer service was very nonchalant and no explanation was offered. I paid the bill (to uphold my integrity), most likely I will never order from ULINE again. I don't appreciate the way they handle their business practices.

      In the interest of maintaining good customer relations, we credited the full ******************** charges. We also educated the customer where ******************** charges are displayed when placing orders on our website.

      They are not accountable for anything. They can not deliver the orders on time. The shipping companies they use are the cheapest and the worst in town. There customer service is absolutely disgusting.

      THIS COMPANY JUDGES BY YOUR VOICE FOR CREDIT APPROVAL! I spoke to Uline to get Net 30 Terms. I was told all was well and that I should place my order with no issues. Well, that was a lie! I placed the order and it went on HOLD, I then spoke to the rudest credit department who told me that I have to pay for 5-7 orders upfront before I could get NET 30 with no apparent good reason. They brought up another business in the area that owed money and assumed it was mine. I asked if they took reference letters or credit bureaus and was told NO it's up to them. I got a friend to call from another area and automatically they were approved for NET 30!! Wow Interesting

      We followed established procedures for assessing credit worthiness of this customer. Trade credit is not guaranteed, it is pending Credit approval. The lack of business information and commercial trade information, warranted requesting prepayment on initial purchases.

      I ordered canning supplies from their catalog I just received. Online their prices were higher. The catalog said there was 12 to a case. The price for case was $1.35 Online they were $1.70. I ordered 12 cases / the minimum I could buy, for $20.40. The same was true of the other items. When my order arrived, I only got one case of each. I could buy them at the store for half that price and not pay horrendous shipping prices! I thought this was supposed to be wholesale prices. I called the company and Tiffany tried to tell me that the prices were PER JAR, not per case as the catalog says. I spent $274 for a water barrel, and three cases of canning jars!! What a rip off!!!

      We were unable to speak directly with the customer, so we left a voice mail. The product information states, Price per Jar. Customer mentioned 2 item numbers which were priced lower than the ones she actually ordered. We are happy to bring back the items and issue credit. Asked her to let us know if she did not receive the Return labels emailed to her.

      Madeleine ********, FRAUD and ARTIST, of North Vancouver/Kelowna + (addresses skewed) signs up for Unstoppable deliveries of Uline's heavy, wasteful monthly catalogues to her old addresses to punish people by squandering the earth's resources. Deeply disturbed individuals desire to destroy our world. DO NOT BUY HER PRODUCTS, TAROT CARDS...GET HER OFF OF Go Fund Me or other platforms, she does not like cats, Vokra or she would desire the world that would help them to survive! I no longer donate to Vokra because, as kind and nice as they are, they allow Madeleine ******** (their favourite foster cat-mother) to inflict her poison on a dying world. LAWS SHOULD PROTECT US AGAINST ULINE'S SICKNESS. I'VE WARNED JUAN M. TO STOP SENDING ABOUT FIVE OR SIX TIMES, BUT NOTHING CHANGES. I concur with Heidi L.'s comment below:

      Our business continually receives heavy paper catalogs in the mail despite all of our attempts to cancel/unsubscribe from mail. Each month we receive a new catalog under a different employee's name - even employees who do not do any ordering. This is spam and should not be tolerated. It is also incredibly wasteful.

      We emailed the customer to get additional information, i.e., specific address. The customer has not responded, so we have not been able to take action to prevent further mailings.
