    7/16/20 Entered into finance contract with 24 months interest free financing. Monthly payment was set at $116.81.I called in July for the balance due ($296.56) and no mention of promotion period ending was discussed. I called today (9/14/2022) to get final payment amount and was told I owe $999. I asked why and was told I missed the ending promotion date and now owed interest charges. I asked to speak to supervisor was unsuccessful in speaking to one. I feel the contract was arranged so the ending promotion date fell short and I would automatically be thrown into paying interest. Dirty business practice!!

    I was foolish enough to purchase a vacuum cleaner from one of this companies "clients". I have been paying on this contract since February of 2018 by bank draft. I have no contract of this account and my requests for one and confirmation of the remaining balance on this account have been ignored. The only contact from them has been due to ONE payment that exceeded my banks overdraft protection limit and was declined at that time. I made an arrangement with one of their strong arm collection agents, for one missing payment I remind you, to double up for the month of August which they failed to do and resumed their harassing phone calls. This company provides very little in the way of account information, actually none, on their website. They just want payment. From their other website it is clear that they cater to slick online and door to door sales companies that prey on vulnerable people. I have had enough double talk from company agents. Please send me a copy of my contract and remaining balance. I find it hard to comprehend how I have now been paying for a vacuum cleaner that does not work for four and a half years and no end in sight.

    There is a problem that yall need to fix i been dealing with mail fraud for a while. Please get this account off my credit report because i am a victim of identity theft and have attached a police report that i filed as well.

    On 08/15/22, I received a telephone call at 7 pm explaining that my forgiveness loan had been partially dismissed and I needed to start making payments on the loan. In January, I can requalify for loan forgiveness. At this time, I needed to pay $750 using a credit card. I agreed upon receiving a written document. I never received the documentation and cannot contact the business because they will not answer the telephone or respond to my email. According to the Belmont **************** LLC website, I have three days to cancel the application without receiving any penalty or obligations. I am contacting BBB because I need to cancel the contract as soon as possible. I used my ****** credit card, and I can dispute the charges and cancel my card as soon as the loan is processed. ************************* handled my application, and these are the telephone numbers I called *****************-****************************, and 1-877-231-03174. I emailed a cancellation request to ********************************* and *********************************** requesting support to email me a cancellation application. No one has responded to either of the above methods.

    I am simply a Customer trying to reach the company. The phone number listed on my contract and on this website is incorrect. There is no email address allowing customers to reach them. The set all accounts on direct withdrawals. My problem is. I am fixing to close an account and need to contact them. Unfortunately this is my quickest route. That is sad in a business setting today. I am truly frustrated I set this loan with this company now.
