Well first off , I got limited liability insurance from you on a monthly basis and i was let go by the company after 30 days and ,I requested to cancel my insurance , In the months since june ive recieved bills that are all for different amounts and now um recieving threatening letters from attorneys how is this good business , my one month of insurance was 139.00 a month why my i being charge over 1900.00 dollars for something i cancelled in 30 days

My company paid Acuity 12/14 of $2,907.28 on 12/15. My policy was placed on cancellation status with an additional $1,575.68 due by 12/30 that was not on my bill statement due to be paid 12/14. Now Acuity is requesting that we pay $5,000 to reinstate my policy.Acuity, a Mutual Insurance Company
